My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. The article is titled GLC 350e and you spent the entire article talking about the 300 and some other one and one sentence on the GLC 350e. It's a plugin hybrid that has a 15mil battery charge. In 2022 for the 2019 version it drains fast and I don't feel I get even close to 15miles on a full charge and the mpge doesn't feel much different than the 300, except that it has more horsepower.

I became a customer 3 years ago, during the pandemic. There were definitely some hiccups but the staff at Farmington MB have addressed every issue professionally and timely. Customer service is excellent and the nicest people. Especially Donald!

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

I leased two 2020 Glc 350e, one for me and one for my son. We found almost immediately that his was a lemon. It broke down constantly with the message reading “pull over and turn off engine immediately”. After several months in and out of MB repair we hired an attorney and MB bought the car back as a lemon. Then i started to get the yellow “watering can” icon on my dashboard with about 2k miles on the clock and we thought mine was also a lemon. After three separate weeks in repair at MB a technician was finally able to fix the problem. Now at 14,600 miles and so far no other problems. I actually love driving this car and seriously considering buying at lease end in August.

From Amazing Grace to Saving Grace My wife recently purchased a brand-new G-Wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Music City in Nashville, TN, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, we received top-tier customer service. Although the tire cover wasn’t immediately available due to the quick turnaround of our purchase, Blake Carlisle at Mercedes-Benz ensured everything was handled smoothly. Once the cover arrived, it was promptly installed—along with a complimentary car wash. But here’s where it truly became a saving grace moment. After the purchase on Monday, we knew the vehicle needed window tinting. While the dealership doesn’t recommend specific providers, I found a local company with excellent reviews—Chino Tint. After having the tire cover installed, I drove over to Chino Tint to get the service done. As I sat outside due to limited seating, to my surprise, Blake Carlisle pulled up. He recognized me and immediately offered to drive me back to the dealership while the vehicle was being serviced—and then offered to bring me back once it was ready. This wasn’t about being impatient or uncomfortable. It was about Blake going out of his way—completely unprompted—to make sure I was taken care of. That level of service is rare and worth celebrating. Mercedes-Benz of Music City has a phenomenal team, but more importantly, they have incredible people. Huge thanks to Blake Carlisle for going above and beyond.

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.
