Working with Arbi has been great. He?s very good at communication. I ordered a RAV4 prime and he was in constant communication. Letting me know that the order was placed, how long the estimated wait times were, then surprised me with shipping date. As the car was being delivered to the dealership, he let me know and I told him I?d be there the next day. He already had the car detailed and parked right in front when I arrived. We got into the car immediately for a test drive and got started on paperwork afterwards. Then I worked with Claire and she was awesome as well. Answering all of my questions and going back and fourth with my financial advisor. In the end, I left with new car and it has been great! Easy to work with, communicative and will do pretty much anything within reason to satisfy a customer.

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

My experience with JEEP New Port Richey was excellent throughout. Highly professional, very good communication very personable staff. The only difficulty with the experience was the delayed manufacturing and delivery time of the vehicle. This took about six months. The dealership was helpful and communicative throughout this delay and I am very appreciative of their service. Other than that, everything was great.

This was my seventh Mercedes that I have purchased. While the automobile and the dealership are excellent, what I wanted to rave about is my salesman on this purchase, Martin Kockler. Martin is highly professional and very polite. He supplied me with timely information that I required to finalize the transaction. I do not like to be “ oversold “ . I went into the dealership on Saturday 1/14 looking to purchase a new 2023 E Class, as there are so few in inventory anywhere, I figured I would have to order one, and wait a couple months for it's arrival. I met with Naaman, a superb sales consultant, who took the time to hear exactly what I was looking for, and to work out a deal to purchase out my existing MB vehicle. To my luck, an E-Class was set to be delivered to the dealership with almost all of the options/colors/packages I was looking for. We figured the vehicle would be delivered within two weeks, as it had just arrived in port the day prior. To my luck, the vehicle was delivered the following Thursday, and with the professional and very friendly help and guidance of Finance Manager, Karen Williams, we finalized the deal in less than an hour and I was driving home. Overall, superb, friendly, professional service from Mercedes Benz of Clearwater. I have purchased/leased by two previous MB vehicles through a larger dealership in the area, however the personalized service offered here supersedes my past experience (not to say it was bad by any means...). I had a nail and rod in my tire. Showed up without an appointment to meet with my Service Advisor, Logan. He looked at my tire, drove it to the back, and within a short period of time, I had a new tire and on the road again! Logan Lane is the best!!
