After submitting an inquiry about a vehicle that I had interest in buying; I was almost immediately contacted by Austin with internet sales. Austin was very personable and helpful in answering all of my questions about the vehicle. The following morning he called me and assisted me with scheduling an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Matt my salesman and Zack the manager treated me fairly, my only issue is with finance, I paid cash and it took to long to get out of his office. Overall 3.5 hours, maybe an 1-1/2 to lock the deal down and about 2 hours (+\-) to sign the paperwork, what a waste of time????
