My experience was satisfactory. I was planning to buy a new car but they didn?t have the car with the color combination I was looking for so they sold me a loner car with 2.500 miles. I was expecting the typical back and forth negotiating the purchase and trade-in for a new CLE, but was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out in less than two hours.

I won?t mention any names of those who assisted me. However, the first man who didn?t want to sell me the car and wasn?t willing to do anything to make sure my family was satisfied has no place in this dealership. I?m very glad we ended up with the next sales manager, and I?d also like to thank the finance specialist and everyone else who took part in the process.
