I worked with Andrian at Naples Mercedes over the past year in the search for a new car. While my current vehicle was a Mercedes, I was open to other brands in my search. Andrian gave me the opportunity to try different Mercedes vehicles and made sure I had all the information on the different Mercedes vehicles. When I purchased my car I bought a Perma Plate warranty for tires and appearance. After 3 years my leather (white) dirty and I spilled something in my trunk. I called my original dealer and they contacted Perma Plate, Gave me a car for the two days. My car looks and smell like new again.
