Really impressed with this dealership, particularly the service department. I was driving two kids to college, got a flat tire coming across the Tappan Zee bridge, 20 minutes into a 9 hour trip, happened upon them, had my tire changed in under an hour and on my way again. Fast, professional and a terrific experience. I was so impressed, I may have them regularly service my car even though I live in CT.

I would like to take the time to thank Ms Patricia Medina Service Manager at Mercedes Benz in Union NJ. I brought my car in for service June 12, 2023 and a problem occurred. I went to Patricia office to explain my problem and right away she made me feel safe, and comfortable. Patricia was so professional, thoughtful, kind and understanding that after talking to Patricia I felt relieved from the stress that I was experiencing. Right away Patricia took care of the situation. It is a great feeling to know that there are people like Patricia Medina that takes there job serious and care about the people they work with. Richard was professional and attentive to all of my questions. He even gave me a lift from the airport to the dealership! Everyone there was genuinely nice. I truly felt I was dealing with friends. This dealership is the best!

I purchased EQE 350/25 , I request the quote on Saturday and finish all the numbers over the phone and I pick up the car on Tue (my day off) . The transaction was very clear and smooth . La vendedora Down Morris fue muy profesional y gentil .. 지난 2년간 저희 가족이 차를 3대 구입하였습니다 ,이 딜러가 좋은점은 가격가지고 장난을 안치고 전화와 이메일로 모든 딜을 매듭짖고 , 딜러에는 차 픽업하는날 시간정한후 가서 서명하고 차픽업만 해서 편했습니다, 물론 제가 의심이 많아서 항상 같은 모델을 주변 딜러에 문의하고 비교한후 결정을 하지만 항상 이 딜러의 가격이 최고의 가격이더군요 이번 EQE 경우는 다른 딜러에서 오천불 다운을 원했던 월 리스 가격보다 몇불 적게 나왔으니까요 .. 차도 딜러 대모가 아닌 13마일 뛴 새차였고요 . 다운 모리스라는 외국인 딜러인대 차분하게 말 길게 안하고 (제가 영어권이 아니라 긴말 싫어해요) 너무 편안하였습니다 .
