Didn't rate the experience 5* because I'm not sure that's possible. Probably as good as it gets. Anyway, just had my first PM and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Andrew was waiting as I exited the car, went through prepared paperwork and was driving off in my loaner call in about 5minutes. Car was ready & washed on time and I was out as fast or faster than the drop off. Awesome experience.

The whole experience at this dealership was great! I was contacted quickly when I inquired about the car I was interested in. Arrived to test drive the vehicle which was waiting for me already warmed up. Sat down with the salesperson, Andreas, to discuss how I wanted to handle this purchase. Andreas got everything set up, so when I came back to pick up my new car, the process was very simple and took less than 1 hour. The best car buying experience I've ever had, thanks!

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. This was my first car bought at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell but definitely not my last! It was a 2 he drive from my house but I will be back ! The entire staff had a smile on their face and were friendly. I worked with Elhadj and he was a man of his word. He went over and above to make sure I was taken care of while at the dealership. He took care of most of the paperwork before I arrived. He was friendly and didn’t have that “I want to make a sale” pressure kind of vibe. It was different than any car dealership I’ve ever been to! After the test drive, we sat down and talked honestly about the numbers before my credit was pulled. Ultimately, the numbers aligned with my research so I felt comfortable with moving forward and pursuing the purchase. After about ten minutes I was approved!
