This is really a great place, they are so busy it is amazing. Pricing on some cars are fantastic. I just sent a friend there to look at one and it was gone by the time she arrived. I'm sure she'll find another. We bought an SUV, but I am also in the market for a sedan! This will for sure be my Go To place!

Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.

It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

As a tall man, space, performance, and comfort is a premium. I looked at several other SUVs but the GLE looks, and performs the best. I like the muscular look of the SUV. It's a boss of a truck especially if you opt for the 20 & 21 inch rims. I was not looking for speed and power so I decided to get the smaller 2.0 engine to get more milage on a full tank and I have no regrets. The 2.0 turbo is enough to get me around town. When driving through the backroads or highways, the ride is smooth. The SUV sit high enough so you see your surroundings. The tech displays: large navigation screen, ambient lighting, and large moon roof makes for a enjoyable ride. Leg room is nice and you feel like you are sitting on air. The ride is smooth and the car is spacious for a family of 5 on long trips. Like all luxury cars, you want to make sure you take out the maintenance plan for the vehicle. Getting Mercedes to do the service is a smart investment. Now, Mercedes will do the service but anything extra they will charge a premium fee so find out what the SUV needs and take it to a trusted mechanic. The SUV is relatively easy to work on according to my mechanic. Since having the 2020 GLE 350, I only had to change the rotors, tires and do the service maintenance at the dealership. Directional tires 20 inch rims in the front and 21 inch rims for the back at the dealership will run you over $1400 (installation included]) but do your research. I got mine, pirellis from tirerack.com for under $800 and got them installed for $20 bucks each. It was shipped from California, brand new. You can find these tires on other website as well around the same price so you don't have to overspend. Take time to do your research. The only issue I had is that the leather seat on the driver's side has a crack in the groove. You can barely see it but I expected the leather to much more studier and longer lasting. If you decide to get one, avoid the color black. It's hard to keep clean. Silver is by far the best color to keep clean. Overall, I can now see why Mercedes owners love their rides; classy, spacious, and reliable! You can't go wrong with Mercedes Benz.

Drove 9 1/2 hrs from Pensacola Florida to Naples, to buy this specific Mercedes Benz GLE 350 4Matic. I have owned five Mercedes, but never the crossover model. This car has everything. Bought it from Tamiami Ford, of all places. Sales people were fantastic and knew more about the car than the local Dealer. Loved the ride back, pure comfort and luxury.

July 2022 purchased a certified 2020 350 GLE with 20K miles. 16K miles later we found the vehicle superb on the open road. Low NVH results in the driver (me age 71) feeling fresh after a 9 hours drive. In optimum conditions have seen 30-31 mpg but expect 28. Experienced ac/heat control issues and resolved per tech bulletin instructions for module replacement. We use the SUV for road trips and at 37K front brakes at 7mm.

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it
