Working with Arbi has been great. He?s very good at communication. I ordered a RAV4 prime and he was in constant communication. Letting me know that the order was placed, how long the estimated wait times were, then surprised me with shipping date. As the car was being delivered to the dealership, he let me know and I told him I?d be there the next day. He already had the car detailed and parked right in front when I arrived. We got into the car immediately for a test drive and got started on paperwork afterwards. Then I worked with Claire and she was awesome as well. Answering all of my questions and going back and fourth with my financial advisor. In the end, I left with new car and it has been great! Easy to work with, communicative and will do pretty much anything within reason to satisfy a customer.

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

I like the option of the natural wood steering wheel, 21 inch tires and wheels trailer hitch if needed. The entertainment center is great, heated and cooled seats Have customizable controls. The SUV is just the perfect size not too big and not too small. Took it on a 9 Hour Rd. trip my kids love to drive it. People who look into the car make comments of how great it looks inside as we drive by in parking lots! Lots of room for passengers and luggage
