Used Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 for sale near Bellaire, TX

I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.

It was very simple to make an appointment with a representative. I called, and a person answered, who was friendly and professional. They were quick to make my appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Jasper M. maintained communication, while my vehicle was worked on. I appreciate excellent customer service. For me this dealership excelled at it from the moment I made the call until my vehicle was returned.

Best Mercedes-Benz SUV. On a road trip, you can’t go wrong with this machine. I just traded in my 2020 for a 2024. I’m to totally happy with it

I purchased a 2017 GLE 350 with 27,000 miles on it the SUV is a dream come true, you can't get a more quiet or smoother ride in an SUV. Has every option in the you can get even self parking. Love the color combination white exterior and cashmere interior, I have the original window sticker and sales receipt the car sold out the door includes tax and discounts dealer prep for $64,000.00

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.

I like the option of the natural wood steering wheel, 21 inch tires and wheels trailer hitch if needed. The entertainment center is great, heated and cooled seats Have customizable controls. The SUV is just the perfect size not too big and not too small. Took it on a 9 Hour Rd. trip my kids love to drive it. People who look into the car make comments of how great it looks inside as we drive by in parking lots! Lots of room for passengers and luggage

This is my 3rd Benz. It is my favorite of them all. 1st was an e-class sedan, very nice, 2nd was e-class convertible, now the suv. I am a big guy 6-2, 280 and I have plenty of room. I have have not had one problem at all. It is very roomy, even for me. It has very good power, especially for the size and weight..over 4600 lbs. That also makes me feel very safe. And when I go on the Highway from DC to NY I always get over 23 mpg!!

Omar was on point and very helpful. Upon arrival from San Antonio, he was very helpful and they also filled up the car with gas, a big plus.

Drove 9 1/2 hrs from Pensacola Florida to Naples, to buy this specific Mercedes Benz GLE 350 4Matic. I have owned five Mercedes, but never the crossover model. This car has everything. Bought it from Tamiami Ford, of all places. Sales people were fantastic and knew more about the car than the local Dealer. Loved the ride back, pure comfort and luxury.

July 2022 purchased a certified 2020 350 GLE with 20K miles. 16K miles later we found the vehicle superb on the open road. Low NVH results in the driver (me age 71) feeling fresh after a 9 hours drive. In optimum conditions have seen 30-31 mpg but expect 28. Experienced ac/heat control issues and resolved per tech bulletin instructions for module replacement. We use the SUV for road trips and at 37K front brakes at 7mm.

This is a great SUV. This is also better than the new GLE 350. 3.5 liter v6 for the 2018. 2.0 liter turbo 4 cylinder for the new GLE

It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

We purchased a used Toyota Prius from this dealership this week during the COVID 19 outbreak. Our salesman was Mohamad Darwich and the sale was managed by the VP David Lefkowitz. We found each of them extremely helpful and easy to work with. They worked with us on the price and did not talk down to us or make us wait for long periods like some car salesmen do to wear you down. We came in to test drive the car before lunch and came back after lunch to make the purchase. I would estimate the entire process after lunch took about 1 1/2 hours. Everyone at the dealership was cautious about social distancing and the had hand sanitizer available. When we went to pick up the car the next morning, we noticed that it had been filled with gas, even though we forgot to ask for that to be done. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with our purchase and the treatment that we received at Mercedes Benz of Sugar Land.

The reason I go to Mercedes’ Benz Sugarland to service my vehicle is because of their amazing customer service, particularly my service advisor Tammy Stafford. She makes you feel right at home and address all the issues you may have or think you have with your car. Top notch service. She should be the staple of any service department. I love my car. I built it in August of 2019 and got it 12/31/19 due to a part in backorder in Germany. It has everything I wanted and it has been perfect since the day I got it. The interior lights up at night and people who have never been n my car before are always amazed at how cool the lights are! The heated rear seats are the best! I also have heated and cooled cup holders that keep my coffee hot in the winter and my water cold in the summer. The best.

Great car but I miss v6 as my 2017 gle had. Also the ambient light could be brighter. I also have the night/sport package and love the amg rims)
