Austin did a quick and efficient job in getting my annual service done quickly as well as replacing the tires. Also, I thought I had left my laptop bag in the loaner car and both Austin and Jordan both went and checked for me and Jordan even checked the security cams to verify if I had left it at the dealer. Turns out I just left at home, but again thanks for going above and beyond to assist!

Fine dealership with excellent and professional sales and auxilary staff. My overall joy of pruchase was diminished by a timely bank wire transfer but was in no way shape or form a result of incompetance at MB of Littleton.

He was not your typical pushy or overly persuasive car salesman, rather he was respectful, attentive, and patient from beginning to end, especially when answering my questions, teaching me how to navigate the technology of the car, setting up the Mercedes app and so forth.
