We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

The team at Mercedes Spokane was wonderful and made me feel comfortable from the first communication by phone texts to the greeting, the test drive and the sales pitch that got me to buy my dream van the same day of the test drive. Scott Grumbly and Derek Ayton are the best service professionals I've ever met. Scott, the service manager, oversaw the administrative process and Derek was the technical expert. Both of these guys have handled two visits for me, provided excellent advice and service, and were hugely helpful. I worked with Joni Reynolds. Had called her about the lease special and said the cars they had were sold. However, she said that she could make a similar deal with a different car. She was able to create a great deal, similar to the lease special. I purchased a color that I would not have thought about, but now is a beautiful color and car/SUV.
