This is my second experience at MB of Westwood. The first experience was horrible, but since then many things have changed in the second experience was what you would expect. I had sales person Matthew Waugh, who was excellent, professional and helpful. The Finance director, Nichole was a straight shooter and fabulous as well. Marco, who was recently brought on in a management position in sales was the icing on the cake.

Smith Motors, and Ben Coppola was outstanding from start to finish with this process. He had outstanding customer service, and was very professional in handling all our questions, and concerns. I would recommend Ben and Smith Motors to all my family and friends!

I recently had maintenance issues and was assisted by Patrick Tosha’s. He handled this matter expeditiously and soundly. In my opinion, Patrick was extremely professional- attentive, listened well, informative, yet cordial. In general, this particular dealership has been outstanding. I have been doing business here for 20 years and intend to stay on board.

My wife needs to retire her car. We are looking at three brands and this was our first stop. We spoke to Brockton and he made it a great experience. If she decides on the Mercedes we will be back.

Went to 3 other dealers before being reccomend to matt Harris and knew instantly it was our last stop. We has been treated like xxxx at the other dealers. 1 lied to us and another told us he would not replace bald tires on a 2 year old luxury vehicle. The second we met Matt we knew we were In great hands. My fiance got the Mercedes she wanted at a fair price and the vehicle recieved everything it needed in the shop before we looked at it. Dakota was honestly the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. She was professional, kind, straight to the point and fast. I was able to close my loan in 3 hours even with adjustments needing to be made on the paperwork because she made me a priority. Dakota was responsive to all of my silly questions and made sure my car was ready when I was available to pick it up. I always have an interesting car. I recently bought an AMG SLS Gullwing Coupe from MBOB. The sales associate, Mike, was exceptional. I did not have the car inspected, since MA has an auto warranty requirement. When I received the car, it did have a small oil leak. I have to say, I was concerned, since anything on an AMG car is expensive. However, after corresponding with Stephen (MBOB Service Director) and Tim (General Manager) they were good on their word and they coordinated with MB of Tucson for a valve cover gasket replacement. The car is fabulous, its condition is now perfect, MBOB's response was great, and I would not hesitate to buy a six figure car from them again!
