I was in the market for a high-end car and in the process went to 3 MB dealers. I not only chose the best one but ended up with the best MB ambassador, Joe Sangiamino. Buying process was very simple. Sales Representative is very hard working.

JOHN was excellent. Took time to allow me to have a proper road test and inspect the vehicle. Answered all my questions and made the sales process smooth. Understood what I wanted and was able to get the process completed in a fair and satisfying transaction.

VP and the whole team were very easy to work with. This process was quick and smooth.

Hans was great as a sales person. Post sales service was not as good. It took over a week to hear from the service people regarding some changes I wanted to make the car I had just bought. When I did speak to someone, the advice was not accurate and priced very high. I ended up using another Mercedes dealership for the requested service.
