This was my first car bought at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell but definitely not my last! It was a 2 he drive from my house but I will be back ! The entire staff had a smile on their face and were friendly. I worked with Elhadj and he was a man of his word. He went over and above to make sure I was taken care of while at the dealership. He took care of most of the paperwork before I arrived. He was friendly and didn’t have that “I want to make a sale” pressure kind of vibe. It was different than any car dealership I’ve ever been to! The car I purchased was a gift for my wife on our anniversary and Elhadj made sure I got the car in time and had time to arrive back home to surprise my wife when she came home from work.

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

Picked my car up which saved me valuable time repaired as requested and returned my car. Verified all was taking care . Went that extra step to make sure I was completely satisfied

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. I had a wonderful customer experience here at the Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell. I was handled with care from the moment I contacted the dealership to the day I went on the test drive. The sales consultants worked as a team. I originally spoke with a different sales consultant who then put me in the capable hands of his teammate. I worked with Elhadj. He was very personable and easy going. He was transparent about the vehicle and their sales process, which I really appreciated. This was my first time buying a car solo, so customer service and honesty was of top priority for me. After the test drive, we sat down and talked honestly about the numbers before my credit was pulled. Ultimately, the numbers aligned with my research so I felt comfortable with moving forward and pursuing the purchase. After about ten minutes I was approved! The next day Elhadj and the team had the vehicle ready to go. The paperwork signing was very straight forward. I walked away beyond satisfied with my purchase and experience.

Didn't rate the experience 5* because I'm not sure that's possible. Probably as good as it gets. Anyway, just had my first PM and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Andrew was waiting as I exited the car, went through prepared paperwork and was driving off in my loaner call in about 5minutes. Car was ready & washed on time and I was out as fast or faster than the drop off. Awesome experience.

Sprinter Dan lives up to the name! We had very specific requirements since the Sprinter 170 would turn into our full time home once it was built out. Dan made sure we had everything we requested and more. He even helped us get additional equipment we needed and shipped them right to our door in Michigan. Above and beyond. The whole experience at this dealership was great! I was contacted quickly when I inquired about the car I was interested in. Arrived to test drive the vehicle which was waiting for me already warmed up. Sat down with the salesperson, Andreas, to discuss how I wanted to handle this purchase. Andreas got everything set up, so when I came back to pick up my new car, the process was very simple and took less than 1 hour. The best car buying experience I've ever had, thanks!
