his is my 5th Mercedes Benz car and my second car from Mercedes Benz Manhattan. I worked with John Hart, who in my mind, is an exemplary sales professional. Last weekend I went to the dealership to pick up the car. Again, John did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant as possible. Although I was disappointed in dealing with the sales/financial manager for his inappropriate, condescending attitude, Mr Garcia was able to diffuse our differences and finalize the purchase.

We purchased a new MB GLE at the Mercedes Benz of Orange County dealership a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. I want to single out Mr. Michael Paccione, who was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect car for our needs. He was patient and answered all my questions. We have been looking for a new vehicle since November 2023, and the purchase involved the trade of our old car. At that time, we agreed on the trade-in value. However, searching for the right model took longer than anticipated, and we got our new wheels in January 2024. Although the Blue Book value of our trade-in vehicle dropped in 2024, the dealership honored our agreement made in November of 2023. In addition, the dealership gave us another discount for the inconvenience of waiting so long for the delivery of our new car. The financing options presented by Mr. Thomas Tzimoulis were explained in detail and were also reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
