Came in to turn in the old lease. Wife wanted to go from a sub-compact Scion iA to a Rav4 midsize suv. Mike McGinness helped us find exactly what she could afford! No sales gimmicks from anyone. The sales Manager Stephanie came out and greeted us while we looked at some vehicles in the showroom. Simply thanked us for coming in and was excited for us. Wife’s anxiety and hunger got the best of her, so Mike was ok with me letting her test drive to our house to drop her off and take a closer look at the new Rav4. Came back, picked one out and worked out some numbers that she was able to afford. Even though it was closing time at that point, Randy Miles, the leasing manager got all the paperwork ready for her to sign. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Not sure why people get wound up sometimes about dealerships. Its a big purchase and it’s great to have knowledgeable people helping you along the way. Going to pick up the new Rav4 LE AWD tomorrow! If you come ready to buy, know where you stand and do some price research, you will have a great experience. Toyota’s are solid vehicles. I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

I purchased the vehicle off of a lease in March with 60K miles. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. For the size the SUV is very nimble. The surround camera is a must. On a 350 mile round trip my 5'6" daughter-in-law had no issues sitting in the third row. I put the car seat for my grandson in the 2nd row drivers side because lifting the 2nd row back after 3rd row access is cumbersome and heavy on the drivers since you have to lift the middle seat as well. MB you have to make the 2nd row power back to upright position. Adaptive cruise control is outstanding but keep in mind you have to get the Driver Assistance package to get it. Harmon/Kardon surround sound is very nice. My big complaint is sometimes at speeds above 65 MPH there is front vibration. Does not happen all the time, sometimes I can cruise at 80 MPH and feels like I am sitting in my living room. I think it may have something to do with the Pirellis, I plan to switch very soon to Michelins. A very classy, roomy and comfortable SUV

Very quick and easy, Dalton was very knowledgeable, easy going, allowed me to look and make sure I was getting what I wanted and not pushing a sale. From start to finish the staff were awesome with me and my wife.

I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

Special. A delight to drive. Love the way it handles. Extremely responsive, both acceleration and steering. Cabin is very quiet and at night almost too relaxing.

I have test drive the range rover the X7 and I find this is the best for me , it has the room and comfort plus all the safety plenty of power too with a good mileage for a car this size .

We just bought this car. Comfortable, roomy, easy to drive. Not quite a luxury ride that the Lexus GL has but performs well. Takes a second to get comfortable with the bells and whistles. Beautiful car, 2 2 2 seating. Easy for kids to get in without climbing over or moving a seat. We bought this SUV for me to drive around town as well as to school carpool my grandchildren. So far...very pleased. This is my third Mercedes. My only complaint with Mercedes is the fuel tank on the passenger side. I feel a little more vulnerable being on the opposite side of the driver side when pumping fuel. I assume it has been this way for years. I guess safety at the gas station was not as big of a concern as it is today. If considering a luxury SUV test drive. I think you will be pleased/

I was very skeptical abt buying car online and that too from Indiana getting shipped to NJ while doing everything via teams or online live chats or videos. But I have to say that I'm so glad and very happy with the purchase of 2024 M4 convertible. I wanted to really Thank knowleageble, honest, trust worthy sales person Josh who not only helped me throughout the buying process but even after the delivery, was still guiding me if I had any questions. Amazing ethics and honesty, very rare to find nowadays 👏 👌 pls keep it up and get a raise! 😀 definitely recommend him, just do yr due diligence with the lemon squad and don't rush to sign papers. Review it thoroughly. They tend to make errors when compared to original proposed or accepted sale(accounting/book keeping). You have to be specific when do u want them to run yr credit, bcos the interest will start accumulating that day. overall good experience will definitely buy another car in near future.

Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Found the car online and hashed out the details via text and phone, so when we picked up the vehicle, we were in and out in under an hour. I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I found the people working there very nice and not pretentious. Our car was in great condition and was exactly what was described online and in the video/photos.
