We have owned it since 2010 and have enjoyed the vehicle for the past 10 years. AWD and safe vehicle that will get 25+ mpg on the highway. Very sharp looking SUV/Crossover. Black exterior with 2-tone interior that is like new.

I bought my car almost 2 years ago with 130,000 miles on it. It's in excellent condition, inside and out. I've put about 5,000 in it for repairs,(new battery, tire sensors, and such) but I keep in mind that I only paid 5.600 for the car in first place. I believe I got an awesome deal even though the nearest dealership charged me 410.00 to replace 6 spark plugs. I have to agree with the other comments about the low visibility when the headlights are in lowbeam. Overall, I love my car, and I feel safe driving it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone who appreciates cars and realizes that you have to take care of them!!

Enjoy our R350 . It was truly ahead of its time in design and functionality. It’s a 3row car with 4 wheel drive that gets good gas mileage. Small but large at the same time.

Pluses - Great head room/leg room front, middle AND third row for 6 foot adults. Long wheelbase, low profile and outstanding suspension give the the R-Class a true car-like ride compared to ANY crossover on the market. Handles more like a large car with no truck-like feel at all. Super quiet ride. Great for hauling 6-7 kids to soccer games, or 4-6 business clients to dinner. Mine has second row captains chairs and I love them. Pleanty of storage with third seat lowered. Many Mercedes bells and whistles that give the car a true luxury feel. A bit light on power, but will satisfy 95% of driving situations. Blind spots are relatively non-existent. Fit and finish and quality of interior materials are excellent. Minuses - Expensive repairs, even if minor (if buying "used", strongly suggest going the Certified Pre Owned route and popping for an extended warranty from Mercedes. It will pay for itself). Gas milage is mediocre at best. The last R-Class year was 2012 and the Nav and bluetooth technology is cumbersome and already out of date. Used R-Class prices are high realtive to competition. Summary - If you're not mini van material, and don't care for the truck-like SUV or Crossover ride, this is the car for you. It's more like a big, fancy, station wagon on the outside with a luxury car interior that can seat 6-7. Side note: I've never kept a car for more than three years. I've had this for six, and If MB was still making them, I would buy another.

I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. We originally looked at the GL's for their style and options, but were disappointed with the access to the 3rd row. We looked down the lot at the R's, peeked in, and were instantly surprised! Pros and Cons...let's start with the easy one, I really can't think of anything to complain about with this car. Maybe that it's long, but I love the spaciousness inside. And I do wish the nav/radio screen was touch-screen but once you get used to it, it's fine. Pros - navigation is great (coming from Cadillac Nav). Several years ago I drove an ML that was a 2002 and it was so utilitarian, not very luxurious for what you pay. They've fixed that! The ride is smoooooth. Engine has plenty of power, can't imagine how fast the R500's are. Seats are comfy. Love the captains chairs in the second row which provide super-easy access to the 3rd row. My kids love the dual TV's in the headrests. Sunroof is great. Something I hated about my Cadillac SRX that is great in the R: turning radius. Didn't realize how important it was until I had a car (the SRX) that had a horrible radius. The Benz is big but is so easy to maneuver! We also considered the Buick Enclave/GMC Acadia/Chevy Traverse. For the features we wanted the Benz (we bought used) actually turned out to be a better deal than the used Buick!

Tony was great, from start to finish. I refuse to buy vehicles from where I live in northern Michigan, so buying out of state is normal for me. Some dealerships make this a difficult process- lie about the state of the vehicle, do not keep up with communication, etc. Not with Prime Rides Autohaus. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. I didn't feel uneasy about it throughout the interactions I had with Tony. He kept his word and was very honest. Might just get my next car from him, they've got a decent lot with some great prices.

I love the look and the six are the most comfortable out there!!! Most cars only fit four comfortably the fifth is squeezed in the rear seat. Most SUVs too boxy.

The R350 is a roomy hauler that really handles well and is very comfortable. With the BlueTec diesel, the mileage is great and returns the EPA rated mileage easily.

George was amazing, despite me calling after hours he answered and provided me all the information I asked for. On the day of, he checked in and made sure everything was right. This is a used/salvaged car lot, do not expect to find a clean car here, the cars will all need some for of work, the trade off is you will find amazing deals if your willing to put in the TLC.

The seating takes up to 7 or 6 comforably. Love the sky roof. That it can be like a cargo van with all the seats flatened. It is tighter in space than a regular van but it looks classy!
