I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

I have been driving Mercedes Benz s class vehicles for over 10 years, traded every 3-4 years and have been very happy, always have them serviced at the dealer, always received a loaner, no complaints.

That Annoying Check Engine Light came on suddenly and of course I was concerned about a possible break down in the winter. My Service Writer JAMES B. was very reassuring and informed me that they had the part in stock and would be able to take care of my Impala assuring me it wouldn't be too long. The waiting area was very comfortable and I was amazed on how many employees either held a door open for me or asked if I needed anything. It was a very pleasant experience and I felt like my Impala was getting professional care. A big thank you to JAMES B. for getting my Impala in and taken care of in such a timely manner.

I have owned 6 S Class (SonderKlas) cars in my life and each and every single one has been problem free and a pure joy to own, drive, and admire. The 2021 S580 however.. Well this car is truly something special and not an incremental upgrade! This thing is crazy

Ok when I tell you my salesperson Ronnie Robles is the best he literally was very patient and helpful with me he pulled my up 3 cars when it was literally time for him to get off and leave he didn’t put me out he didn’t get angry he was just patient until I finally picked the car I wanted mind you this was Saturday and today i finally picked my new baby up and I’m in love with it thanks Ronnie and the whole Hoffman Estates family everyone was so helpful and nice no mean attitudes I got from anyone also to my girl Claudia she was the bomb she help me register my car to my phone and she also went over ever feature I needed to know about my car with me she took my pictures and she knew how a girl loves her pictures lol thanks Claudia everyone was just so patient you guys rock

It's an 2023 S-class Mercedes. That pretty much says it all. The fact the it is also a Plug in Hybrid just makes it even better. Plug in at home and you will hardly ever need to buy gas. Plus it is so smooth running on electric that you will love the car even more. Best one I have owned and I have been driving these since 1998.

Chicago Auto Warehouse is a dealership like no other. The people there not only go above and beyond for you but will work with you until you get what you exactly want! Especially the sales Manager Derek who sat with me for 5 hours working with my paperwork and calling different connects in different banks to help me get a better interest rate on financing the car I wanted. As far as the product goes, they have top notch cars that are in excellent condition and freshly serviced for a great price. I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

Best customer experience. If you're buying a car ask for rudy. Picked myself a maserati granturismo mc and I couldn't ask for a better salesman. He made sure to accommodate every request I asked. Was completely honest and straightforward, no games and no bs. You won't regret it!

Purchased a 2013 Escalade here. After driving it on expressway I knew something was wrong w struts. Called them and they told me to bring it in. They replaced all 4 struts for me, which they didn’t have to do. I don’t know any other dealership that would do that on a used car with no warranty. Very good people, very honest. No back and forth hassle. This is the only place I will purchase from in the future.

I made an appointment on line. When I arrived they had a loaner full of gas waiting for me. Then when I picked up my Bentley it looked brand new again. That is what I call "THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!"

My new S-580 e has been nothing but spectacular in terms of its design, comfort and driving experience. It is probably the quietest car I have ever owned and there is no hesitation when accelerating from a stop or driving up a steep hill! Also, as a "e" model, it also operates in either full electric, hybrid or gas only modes, so the range is great!

I purchased a car though Guarenteed motor cars this year in March, in which I was looking for my first car. Up until the purchase, I was kindly greeted by Omar, which was my salesman, and he helped me along with buying my car with the interests I had in what I was looking for. After the fact, he offered me refreshments while I was waiting which was very nice of him to do. Because the dealership sells used cars, it’s not perfect condition which I was aware of, but they made sure my car was good with the engine, transmission, etc…, and that the car was clean and ready for me once the deal was done. Any concerns or questions I had, Omar and all of the other salespeople helped me out and made sure that what I was getting into was the best decision. And if I needed any kind of service done, they were going to take care of me, many other dealerships don’t do. Great prices, great cars, great people. In trading in my 2019 s560e for the 2023 s580e. This is a unique vehicle and the use case for it is unusual - as the battery in the 2019 only had 19 miles of charge but, over the 3 years I had it averaged around 60 mpg. I didn't have any appreciable issues with it, but didn't drive it much - under 5000 miles a year, it was not my only vehicle and I work from home. The 2023 is far superior in interior comfort vs it's predecessor. I don't like the grill and lights as much, but the ride comfort power, and efficiency of the power plants are amazing. In my first 500 miles - averaging over 130mpg. The battery is 60 miles - give or take. Now, unless you have a charger at home, or home and work, that are free to use or truly inexpensive - this is where you can shellacked. Charging stations are a huge rip off -- they are so expensive - when you do the math, the same amount of fuel to get the same number of miles is equal to near $20 a gallon, if my math is correct - and it is. So, long distance in this car - isn't practical at all. It's for around town - small commute - less than 50 miles EACH way, again if you have charging at home and you have solar to produce your own electricity, or the cost is way higher than gas. This car is a very unique use case.... and if you aren't this use case - the car isn't practical. But, it sure does ride nice and the interior is off the hook, mine is fully loaded - and that says alot for an S class.

Car is great. Dealer not knowledgeable. My wife is about 5 ft tall. They (the dealer) could not get it so that she could see the heads-up display. Suggested using a cushion, or possible raising the seat with spacers -- but they (Mercedes) couldn't do that. Finally a friend was able to get it set up. Three people in the dealership couldn't even get the rear cup holder to come out -- that was due to some bad Mercedes design. After we got the car, we recieved som messages from Mercedes about the car and the financing -- all came in German! These are all small nuances that we can overcome. One positive thing about the buying experience is that I knew the exact options I wanted and was prepared to order (and possibly wait for months) to get it. They found one a few hundred miles away and had it it 2 days! Very impressive. The car we love.
