Martin is highly professional and very polite. He supplied me with timely information that I required to finalize the transaction. I do not like to be “ oversold “ . I went into the dealership on Saturday 1/14 looking to purchase a new 2023 E Class, as there are so few in inventory anywhere, I figured I would have to order one, and wait a couple months for it's arrival. I met with Naaman, a superb sales consultant, who took the time to hear exactly what I was looking for, and to work out a deal to purchase out my existing MB vehicle. To my luck, an E-Class was set to be delivered to the dealership with almost all of the options/colors/packages I was looking for. We figured the vehicle would be delivered within two weeks, as it had just arrived in port the day prior. To my luck, the vehicle was delivered the following Thursday, and with the professional and very friendly help and guidance of Finance Manager, Karen Williams, we finalized the deal in less than an hour and I was driving home. Overall, superb, friendly, professional service from Mercedes Benz of Clearwater. I have purchased/leased by two previous MB vehicles through a larger dealership in the area, however the personalized service offered here supersedes my past experience (not to say it was bad by any means...). I bought this car while driving my 3rd Lexux LS-series and having owned the one Lexus GS400. I love this car after nine years of ownership. We even purchased the self-same 1999 S320 when he eventually saw my positive experience with it. Mercedes Benz, however, has abandoned this car and its current owners by seizing to make available the chip for any future ignition keys. If you lose your last one, my local Colorado dealership quoted me +/- $10,000 in labor to dismantle the dash, etc., to provide a new ignition.

Purchased New E450 in January, 2025. Salesman Vinnie Altonello was very accommodating and courteous. Process was rather complicated but handled well to our satisfaction. The finance portion of the sales process also handled very professionally.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.
