New and used 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 for sale near Evendale, OH

This was my first car bought at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell but definitely not my last! It was a 2 he drive from my house but I will be back ! The entire staff had a smile on their face and were friendly. I worked with Elhadj and he was a man of his word. He went over and above to make sure I was taken care of while at the dealership. He took care of most of the paperwork before I arrived. He was friendly and didn’t have that “I want to make a sale” pressure kind of vibe. It was different than any car dealership I’ve ever been to! He was very personable and easy going. He was transparent about the vehicle and their sales process, which I really appreciated. This was my first time buying a car solo, so customer service and honesty was of top priority for me. After the test drive, we sat down and talked honestly about the numbers before my credit was pulled. Ultimately, the numbers aligned with my research so I felt comfortable with moving forward and pursuing the purchase. After about ten minutes I was approved! The next day Elhadj and the team had the vehicle ready to go. The paperwork signing was very straight forward. I walked away beyond satisfied with my purchase and experience.

Sprinter Dan lives up to the name! We had very specific requirements since the Sprinter 170 would turn into our full time home once it was built out. Dan made sure we had everything we requested and more. He even helped us get additional equipment we needed and shipped them right to our door in Michigan. Above and beyond.
