I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. After browsing the internet and looking for a car for weeks, I was so fortunate that I found my dream car - a 2023 Toyota Sequoia - online at Drive a Dream. Piece of Mind: Moreover, since my vehicle has approximately 10,000 miles and is only a year old, if anything were to go wrong, the manufacturer - Toyota - will cover the issue. However, I did purchase an additional warranty to provide me with more coverage at a nominal cost. Excellent Sales Associate: Steve Brant, my sales associate, was not only very friendly, but was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. Moreover, there was no sales pressure to purchase. Financing: The financing process was seamless and satisfying. The finance manager, Khalid Kanan who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, provided me with several options to choose from which would suit my budget. Buying Experience: My buying experience was outstanding and extremely extremely customer friendly. From the low/no pressure environment, to the speed of the transaction, as well shipping the vehicle to the location of your choice - at no cost. In fact, my family and I have purchased several cars in the last decade with Drive a Dream being the most satisfying. As mentioned, my sales associate, Steve Brant, was top notch. Moreover, Steve's coworker's from John his fellow associate to Basim Galla the General Manager, are extremely helpful and made the buying process extremely satisfying. I do wish I knew about Drive a Dream earlier so my wife and kids could have purchased their vehicles at Drive a Dream. This vehicle is very fun to drive for a commercial service vehicle. It is very sharp and handles very well. We love the cameras for backing up and parking. 360 degree view around the vehicle. This will be much safer than our RAM.

Has been great I have the 4x4 3500 and have converted to a camper. Driving easy (not lead foot) I constantly get 18 -18.5 mpg highway It tows 7500 as i have the trailer package and weight distribution hitch set up. It has been converted to a camper with bathroom (flushing toilet and shower) kitchen, double bed etc. Has had no problem in home state of WI with even a foot of snow and even Colorado mountains summer or winter . I travel as a relief veterinarian working out of it in many states.
