We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

Fabulous buying experience! Really impressed with their values and focus on the community. My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

Very reliable car. Extremely low maintenance. Fast and powerful biturbo makes it really enjoyable. Great way to save when driving. Did I mention, it's really comfortable with a great audio system.

John was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Had no problem with me taking the car to be checked out by a mechanic, and just wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase. Gave me more for my trade-in than other dealers were offering, and worked with me on the final price. Would definitely buy from him again!

I purchased my MB certified 2019 GLE400 two years ago and have driven 30K miles with no issues. I have owned several SUVs - Audi & Toyota Landcruisers; the 400 is by far the best. Very comfortable ride, excellent handling, acceleration, smooth braking & quiet. 17-18 around town; 25-27 highway. It takes a learning curve for the entertainment center but afterwards very easy. Above all - I feel safe driving my family. MB for life!!

We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.

Have owned since new, 90,000 miles now, the only faults with the 250 that I have is no spare tire, and only a 16+ gallon fuel tank, the plus side (never had a flat) it gets great fuel mileage highway near 40, (right foot controlled) 25 around town, very torqu'e engine, zero problems with car, wish they still delivered a diesel in the USA,

This is my 3rd Benz. It is my favorite of them all. 1st was an e-class sedan, very nice, 2nd was e-class convertible, now the suv. I am a big guy 6-2, 280 and I have plenty of room. I have have not had one problem at all. It is very roomy, even for me. It has very good power, especially for the size and weight..over 4600 lbs. That also makes me feel very safe. And when I go on the Highway from DC to NY I always get over 23 mpg!!

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

The 2015 GL550 turbo is off the rails. Push the sport mode button and some kind of witchcraft happens. It is a fast, comfortable brute that puts many 2023 SUVs to shame. Highway, no problem, B roads, no problem, snow, no problem, heavy rain, no problem. It does it all. Mine was 110K new. I picked mine up used for 40 with 35K on the clock. I use mine like an SUV. We hunt, fish, and put the dogs in the back. It does it all. Do not take your Merc to the dealer. Some folks specialize in Merc and will do your routine maintenance for thousands less. Yes, thousands less. Some of which you can do yourself. I'm on a Mercedes forum. Folks help you with countless features. The Germans know what they are doing.

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!
