This car has been my favorite car to own and drive. I've owned it for over a year with no major issues. The engine and transmission feel like they're brand new even though the car has 100k miles. Interior quality is second to none. Even the paint is of such good quality that the car looks new after 8 years. There aren't enough good things I could say about this car. Nothing like driving a $120k car for the price of Toyota Corolla.

I'd been trying to place an order with my authorized MB dealer for over a year but not for this car; rather, it was for an E53 Cabriolet in the same colors and premium interior. Due to the chip shortage and the transition to electric cars there simply were few allocations available for the E53 Cabriolet so when my dealer received a special order model - Rubellite Red Special Edition - they offered it to me and one look and I was smitten. It's a far cry from a convertible but more than makes up for it by virtues of its own. I've owned the predecessor to the AMG GT 4-door (the CLS63S) but was surprised at the nimble and surefooted handling of this big and heavy car! While this new model is a hybrid with less HP than my old CLS63S, it is plenty powerful and fast enough for the kind of driving I do around town. The car I traded in was a 2018 C63S Cabriolet and even though that car was smaller, lighter and more powerful, I find the GT53 to handle better and accelerate almost as well so whatever difference there is in the weight/power ratio is negligible. The GT53 is more refined than the C63S so the exhaust is more muted and I'd prefer a little more of that sound making it into the cockpit but on the other hand, the GT53 makes for a smoother and quieter ride than the C63S which more than makes up for not getting all the pops and bangs from the exhaust during spirited driving and downshifting. My only gripe is that despite the plush look of the diamond-quilted seats, they are quite firm and I wish there were more cushion in the seat bottom. There is a lot to learn about the infotainment system but using "Hey Mercedes" certainly is helpful. I've only had the car a short while so I can't comment further just yet but so far, the honeymoon phase is in full swing.

They were upfront and honest, and I got in touch with someone really easily. Even though the deal didn’t work out for me (mainly because I was hoping to pay below retail for a high-demand car), I still liked and respected the team. If I were in their shoes, I wouldn’t have sold the Targa GTS for less than what they listed it for either. It sold the week after I saw it, so they made the right call. When I’m ready to step up and pay for a car, I’ll definitely go back to them. I wish I could respond to the people leaving 1-star reviews just because no one got back to them. Sometimes leads get missed—it happens—but that doesn’t deserve a 1-star review. Just move on!

This car displays a beautiful, timeless design. For being six years old now, it still has the ability to keep up with today?s super cars. Additionally, great for long distance trips or cruising around town with it?s fantastic comforbility. I must admit though, the rear end is a bit shakey.

in line 6 cylinder twin turbo is NOT the V8 of old, but it is pretty darn good. Wish the exhaust was a little louder outside. Piped in exhaust is reasonably authentic. Mileage is about 24 on a rural commute. Nice cross between the C and E class coupes. Frontend styling is aggressive and rear is finished off nicely. Definitely a daily driver with good acceleration when needed. New interior layout is classic Mercedes quality with just the right aamount of new tech.

Bought Model S Plaid from Duane. Exceptional level of communication. I picked my Brand new Model Y few months back at TESLA and this Car literally looks way better than my new Y. The aesthetic appearance, the cleaning, exterior and interior minor detailing, the shine is absolutely phenomenal. Guy puts his heart & soul into cars collection. I travelled from NY to Connecticut to pick up and all cars in showroom were pristine. Its definitely not Mercedes or BMW level showroom experience (who cares an Air Conditioned office or a snack). Don't get disappointed when you go in person lol. Guy is simple yet dedicated. I got fair value of my Model Y. Smooth documentation/transfer. Duane offered Complimentary ceramic coating as well that no one in industry offers with such narrow profit margin (Just because they do in house detailing and coatings). Although this car is not my everyday car (for that I kept my Toyota Corolla), it is definitely perfect for pleasure! Drop the top and take off. It is definitely luxury. It was very low mileage for a 2007, but very clean -- almost new -- and beautiful! It rides beautifully. Hugs the road and you cannot feel bumps -- so smooth! It does have a lot of power, though, so not for the faint of heart or the youngsters! The sound system is fabulous, too. Have been enjoying driving this more than I could have ever imagined. Cannot imagine ever getting rid of this car -- just wish I would have found it sooner! Actually pretty comfortable, too. Love the dual climate controls and the messaging seats. We are going to be driving it from Virginia to Iowa to visit my family soon and looking forward to the fun and frolic with this little beauty!

i learned my best approach would be going to an authorized dealership. i knew the car year & model that i wanted. i started compiling an excel list with all the car details. i google searched all mercedes dealerships starting in NJ (figured used car conditions there would be better) & noted all the mileage, prices, interior/exterior colors. i went through all of them, & wasn't too impressed & seemed a bit out of my price range for good mileage. the very last dealership i came across was Silver Star Motors in Long Island City. i checked their Certified Pre-Owned List & they had 2 exact options that i would be extremely happy with (light beige interior - which was harder to find!). the mileage & price for both options was a total steal compared to all the other dealerships.. a steal deal by far! I sent in on Sunday (they were closed) the submission of interest to schedule a test drive. I got a phone call from a rep at Silver Star Motors on Monday morning, who eventually connected me to Diana Sokolova. She called & texted me, first making sure that they actually still had both cars. She was very friendly, professional, direct, and prompt with all the replies. Quickly confirmed that both cars were indeed in store, & that i could come in to check them out. once i got there, she immediately welcomed (i didn't have to wait an hour or so like the previous experience at the private dealership), & took me straight to the cars, which were side by side next to each other. i already had a preference between the 2 options, & was able to test drive the main preference in no time. they had to shift about some cars to bring it down, i was very surprised how fast it was done. Diana was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions with assurance. She definitely also helped pace out the test drive longer so that i could feel extra confident that the car in test was the one. she never rushed to end the test drive, much appreciated! After the test drive, i was certain to purchase. The price was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees, or anything. They advertised that as such, truly is the case.. again no hidden fees! I wasn't able to get the price down any, but the price was already so good. Great price, unbelievable mileage, perfect condition as used. The car was practically new! After finalizing, Diana was amazing once again! i had to call to set up and purchase car insurance, she helped make that process extra easy and smooth. With that done, i had the chance to drive home with the car right away. I made a request on numbers that i like for a license plate, & by luck it all worked out with the timing because of Diana's handle! Got exactly what i wanted! It was getting late, Diana & the whole Silver Star Motors team was indeed able to get everything in order at the end, & i was able to drive the car home on spot! (otherwise would've had to return the next day) I'm a beyond happy customer at Silver Star Motors; & I'm still completely grateful for Diana's amazing help with the 1st time purchase! I’ve owned my 2020 E53 4matic cabriolet for 2 years and absolutely love it for what it is. Beautiful, comfortable, reliable, powerful and good handling. My wife and I are retired and really enjoy driving and traveling in the car. Especially when we can enjoy top down motoring.

I'm currently the owner of the 2021 E53 and it's my second MB. I chose this specific car because I enjoy the E-class size, functionality, and finishes. My other MB is a diesel E350 so jumping into this AMG was a big change but I don't regret it. Fast, nimble, head turner, high end customization and finishes are noteworthy. Expect a somewhat rougher ride than non-AMG but that is to be expected with the sport tuned suspension and run flat tires. The matte finish hides dirt and easily and is maintainable. I choose to hand wash the car. Expect this car to last and perform with regular scheduled maintenance. I use a trusted import mechanic for most of the maintenance and the dealer for very specific issues such as a fast blinking turn light problem I had. The transmission shifts can be rough if in sport mode, coming to a complete stop and then taking off. It seems like the trans needs a minute to get back to 1st gear. Other than that, the car is a rocket. I haven't used the track mode yet or unlocked drift mode but I will soon. I can recommend this car, knowing the quality of MB is top notch. All cars will have issues and MB isn't immune to this but you're paying for the performance, fit, and SAFETY. These cars are built like tanks with over engineering in mind. I appreciate that detail and that is why I continue to be a MB loyalist.

Have had my C63 for just under a year now and no issues to report thus far. The ride is what you’d expect from a sport tuned car, stiff for sure but not unforgivable. The interior looks fantastic from the drivers seat and everything feels and looks of quality built, I will say however that if you use the sunglasses holder it causes a most maddening rattling in the car. Other then that I wish the cup holders offered a bit more grip as I hate things moving around while driving. The rear seating area only has the 2 vents with no other accessory ports or climate control. The exterior styling is excellent and I love the aggressive stance and contours that make it stand out easily from your standard C class. The black AMG wheels look great especially like mine with the silver paint and carbon fiber trims however, be ready to spend at least once a week doing a deep clean of those wheels because the brake dust is relentless. Also I wish it was just a bit lower in the rear. Finally the performance: this car will absolutely put a smile on your face everytime, I am always surprised as to the noises I get from that AMG exhaust. The emotion start feature is great too for when you want people to know, this ain’t your aunts C250. I absolutely love the angry burbles, cracks, and rumbles of that exhaust. The engine is poised and mild mannered in comfort settings and becomes an angry high reving monster in the sport modes, I like that it has sport and sport+ also for that extra and in between rush you’re looking for. I personally like the nice heavy feel to the steering wheel and it’s extremely tempting to not want to whip the xxx around at every turn. It does take some getting used to at the corners to avoid looking crazy with unexpected wheel spin. Ive yet to do a proper launch on it since I’ve still been getting used to it, being my first RWD car. Overall this is an incredible machine that will always remind you why you bought it. I feel almost smug driving this around as it gets plenty of compliments and of course hate from your local mustang/mopar boys.

A very powerful car with lot of room for a sports car, and space, very comfortable for long distance, easy handling, with smooth fast speed.

The 2022 CLS 450 is a stylish , well appointed and amazingly tech savvy car . It drive so smooth it is like driving a cloud on Fire . The seats compensate in turns , the safety features keep you from making a mistake but most of all the MBUX Voice Control system sets Mercedes Benz apart from other cars in its class - when I need directions I just ask Mercedes to take me to a good Italian restaurant , or tell it the address and it downloads directions, I can ask the car to make a phone call, give me a massage, change the lighting - you get the idea - I have owned Porches and Lexus and not until now have I experienced true luxury in an automobile. The Con for this car has been caused by the chip shortage - I ask for a rear window sun shade option - not available , Dash Cam and Air balance options not available , a couple of standard feature were lost as well like hands free trunk opening and Navigation's Augmented Reality - even with these loses - this car is a 5 star purchase - Please check with your dealer - lost options are a variable depending on when you order your car - probably the later the better - I ordered my car in August 2021 - the height of the chip shortage problem
