From first contact through cars.com on my used '05 Boxster to final paperwork, the experience was excellent. Zoe Hutton had the car ready for me when I arrived. My interactions with her felt genuine and without pressure. She did everything to make sure ALL of my questions/concerns about the vehicle were answered, and went out of her way several times to get additional information for me (E.G. DME report, underbody photos, etc.), leaving no stone unturned. Overall the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at a dealership (and I've dealt with a fair number). Thank you so much Zoe! Communication about pricing was direct and unambiguous, though there was a small misunderstanding with what I owed, I chalk that up to a gap in my differentiation between the estimated price and total OTD costs which were all laid out, and the OTD price was within tens of dollars of my expectation, so I'm quite happy with that. Lea Schneider helped me work that out and was again very clear and pro-actively helpful in sorting it all out. Overall, the experience was great. The car was of course ready, clean, and full of fuel on pickup. It was obvious from the start that the people I interacted with were there to make sure I was satisfied, but not in a smarmy or obsequious way. Thanks for a wonderful buying experience!

We purchased the car with 14K miles on it and we're loving it! The performance is out of this world and we're constantly getting compliments on the exterior of the car. We've had a couple of minor warranty issues, hence, my 4 vs. 5 stars for "Reliability." We flew down to LA and drove the car back to Northern CA and the comfort level was great...and although we tested the power and speed, we made it back without a ticket! We would buy this car again in a heartbeat!

Soooo happy I came into this dealership I was truly treated like a family member and was just so helpful love them all!!

I'd been trying to place an order with my authorized MB dealer for over a year but not for this car; rather, it was for an E53 Cabriolet in the same colors and premium interior. Due to the chip shortage and the transition to electric cars there simply were few allocations available for the E53 Cabriolet so when my dealer received a special order model - Rubellite Red Special Edition - they offered it to me and one look and I was smitten. It's a far cry from a convertible but more than makes up for it by virtues of its own. I've owned the predecessor to the AMG GT 4-door (the CLS63S) but was surprised at the nimble and surefooted handling of this big and heavy car! While this new model is a hybrid with less HP than my old CLS63S, it is plenty powerful and fast enough for the kind of driving I do around town. The car I traded in was a 2018 C63S Cabriolet and even though that car was smaller, lighter and more powerful, I find the GT53 to handle better and accelerate almost as well so whatever difference there is in the weight/power ratio is negligible. The GT53 is more refined than the C63S so the exhaust is more muted and I'd prefer a little more of that sound making it into the cockpit but on the other hand, the GT53 makes for a smoother and quieter ride than the C63S which more than makes up for not getting all the pops and bangs from the exhaust during spirited driving and downshifting. My only gripe is that despite the plush look of the diamond-quilted seats, they are quite firm and I wish there were more cushion in the seat bottom. There is a lot to learn about the infotainment system but using "Hey Mercedes" certainly is helpful. I've only had the car a short while so I can't comment further just yet but so far, the honeymoon phase is in full swing.

I leased this car initially after having leased a GT Coupe for 3 years and needed a larger car for expanding family. I recently bought it out of the lease because I truly can’t imagine a better car in its class. It’s exhilarating to drive even in my 4th year of ownership. It looks imposing but not flashy, it sounds excellent (though admittedly the coupe sounded more muscle car like which I loved), is extremely fast and capable yet also very comfortable when you want to relax. Loaded with technology, large trunk that can easily fit two international check in luggage, massaging seats, great bolstering/support. Plus all wheel drive so car be a great all season car if you live somewhere with rain/snow, just make sure you swap the tires for winter ones as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2s are slippery in those conditions. If you’re looking for something that does it all and has supercar performance, this is a tremendous (in my view, best) option. I own a land rover defender 90 first edition, Ram 1500 limited, and Ferrari 599 gtb. This is my daily driver as it does everything the other three do (even faster than the Ferrari in fact) apart from hauling my bullmastiff, which I always use the ram for (though he used to ride in this GT when he was still a puppy). Anyways, don’t hesitate, this car is perfection.

Full-disclosure I didn't end up buying the car I was considering from Da Vinci (ultimately I bought a different class of new vehicle instead), but I received phenomenal service from Rudolf. He was informative, helpful, and patient. He was timely in his responses and answered every question I asked. The reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because of the communication experience with the dealership as a whole. Early on I received communicae from multiple individuals, and some of the details of my questions was lost. I had different people asking me questions that I'd previously answered. In any case, Rudolf took over and it was excellent henceforth.

Prior to driving this beast, I was looking for a Panamera. I couldn't decide between a value (I thought) GTS, a monster (I also thought) Turbo or an eco-friendly (not really) E-Hybrid. But my troubles ended once I test drove this demon. The S model of the 'four-door coupe' is virtually the same price as the Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo. Except with 80 more hp, 97 more torque and less weight. What. A. Bargain. So; naturally, I bought the S model. Well, the kids love it!

David and Joel were great. It was the first time buying a car from a dealership in another state and it was something I swore I would never do without physically being in person to see a car. But right off the bat David put me at ease by accommodating my requests. The car was exactly as David said it would be. I have to give props to Joel as well he found me a good finance rate and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. When I’m In the market to buy another car I will Definitely be hitting up David and Joel.

I had arrived exactly at 1100 AM and he was looking out for me… We exchanged greetings and we walked by where the car that I had come to see… Examined and sat in car and went over the features. Had a good vibe talking with him.. Nice demeanor and positive attitude on letting me voice some of my questions about the car…. Dan Langley puts the experience in Experience Manager. Enjoyed my Lexus for a long time and when it came for something new I immediately fell in love with a Porsche listed at Towbin. I put in a request for info online and was contacted quickly via text by Dan (appreciated text via the random call that always happens while you’re busy.) After learning this would be my first performance sports car purchase, he made it clear he was willing to be a resource for me - even if I didn’t end up buying from him. Very kind but also brilliant long-game move. ;) Dan had the car ready and waiting when I got there and was patient through my looooong test drive and all the questions I had. This was a big purchase for me and I’ll admit I am pretty critical and a bit distrustful of car sales people so I’m probably not the easiest customer. Dan didn’t take anything personally and, dare I say, was perhaps even empathetic. The lack of a DME (rev) report was a big sticking point for me since over revs on a manual Porsche can equal trouble down the road. Knowing this report can only be completed with special equipment, Dan took it down to Trophy Performance, a trusted Porsche specialist, and had the report completed for me the next day which I really appreciated. This car was probably the most inexpensive one on the lot but I never felt rushed; Dan was patient, professional and willing to share his knowledge and experience with me from start to finish, even helping me get my bluetooth synced up after the purchase was made and helping with aftermarket questions. He also kindly gifted me a nice Ferrari book before I drove off (I had shared how much of a sports car aficionado my dad is) and put my 16 year old step daughter and I behind the wheel of some pretty fancy cars just for fun as we waited to wrap up the sale. I came in with my own financing, but Troy helped us wrap up paperwork and was very personable as well, chatting through the tediousness that can come with all those final signatures. All in all- what I’m saying here is - just ask for Dan. He’s great at what he does but also seems like decent human being which does count for something when you’re making a big purchase.
