I leased this car initially after having leased a GT Coupe for 3 years and needed a larger car for expanding family. I recently bought it out of the lease because I truly can’t imagine a better car in its class. It’s exhilarating to drive even in my 4th year of ownership. It looks imposing but not flashy, it sounds excellent (though admittedly the coupe sounded more muscle car like which I loved), is extremely fast and capable yet also very comfortable when you want to relax. Loaded with technology, large trunk that can easily fit two international check in luggage, massaging seats, great bolstering/support. Plus all wheel drive so car be a great all season car if you live somewhere with rain/snow, just make sure you swap the tires for winter ones as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2s are slippery in those conditions. If you’re looking for something that does it all and has supercar performance, this is a tremendous (in my view, best) option. I own a land rover defender 90 first edition, Ram 1500 limited, and Ferrari 599 gtb. This is my daily driver as it does everything the other three do (even faster than the Ferrari in fact) apart from hauling my bullmastiff, which I always use the ram for (though he used to ride in this GT when he was still a puppy). Anyways, don’t hesitate, this car is perfection.

When my windshield was cracked by a rock on my new 2022 S580 no one could find a replacement. "Backordered" "No ETA" "Nowhere to be found." "Sorry, can't help you." He not only found the windshield at a dealership in Maryland but sent someone to get it right away. That's customer service. Actually, everyone there was great. Prior to driving this beast, I was looking for a Panamera. I couldn't decide between a value (I thought) GTS, a monster (I also thought) Turbo or an eco-friendly (not really) E-Hybrid. But my troubles ended once I test drove this demon. The S model of the 'four-door coupe' is virtually the same price as the Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo. Except with 80 more hp, 97 more torque and less weight. What. A. Bargain. So; naturally, I bought the S model. Well, the kids love it!

Great car! I really love it. For the money that you are paying for an AMG 53 it is great! The next level which is AMG 63 is $149k and no exterior or interior changes.
