I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Excellent service at Koons Ford Sterling in Virginia to diagnose and repair a malfunctioning Automatic window mechanism. Techicians repaired the window, but took time to double check to make sure everything was fixed, and discovered a further problem that required a more extensive repair that solved the problem. Customer service representative Andrew expertly and courtesly handled the transaction both from in-take of my Explorer to the final resolution. Final bill for all services even came in slightly under the initial estimate. Excellent experience and I will continue to rely on Koons Sterling.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. I purchased a Glk350 new in 2011, picking it up in Germany on overseas delivery. I have purchased at least 30 new cars, domestic and foreign, during my 75 years and THIS has been by far the best. I believe MB bult the original with a very specific aim for a premium product, unlike some of the other small vehicles they produce. I still own the car and am reluctant to buy another vehicle because this one has been bulletproof. No squeaks or rattles. 100% reliable for the 85,000 miles driven, with only regular maintenance (and I have performed most of it including oil and filter changes and even spark plugs and igniters). Performed all regular maintenace as scheduled. Comfortable, reasonably quiet, very stable, handles well and fast for a small SUV. Opted for the HK sound system and it is VERY good. Beautiful audiophile sound, no bass ramp up or distortion. Paint is still immaculate even with Florida sun. Interior has held up well with the exception of a tear on the driver's seat for which an OE replacement cover is readily available online. Only possible criticisms: Back seat legroom is not great for large adults, otherwise adequate and comfortable; uses premium fuel and gets about 23 mpg ave for me, but I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, so no issue; and transmission fluid change which was changed on the original schedule to 40,000 miles was somewhat expensive, but I did get a $200 coupon which offset half of it. For a small SUV it handles great and seems built like a tank. Truly like a more modern but small G wagon.

My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

My husband and I had an overall good experience with Auto Trademark. Our salesperson, Zee, was very pleasant and thorough and took time to review all paperwork with us. He made an effort to make sure we were satisfied with our car even after our purchase. Our only wish would be that the regular price of cars be printed in advertisements with the "special" price for veterans printed in parentheses next to the regular price. We did not scroll down far enough to read this information and were surprised that the selling price for non vets (us) was around $1,000 more. So, that said, read the ads very carefully and then you will have no surprises. We are satisfied with our purchase and are happy to recommend Auto Trademark.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Maurice was very busy but still took the time to sit down and talk to me about the vehicle I was looking at. The car needed a sensor replaced which was ordered but not in yet. Once it was in I took the car back and they replaced the sensor no problem.

Love the car but ...not enough leg room in the back and not too keen on the front seat headrest. Navigation is too much to work with, don't like the spin dial to access navigation.
