This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. On 2011 my wife and I visit Feldmann import to look at pre owned BMW, long story short we not really happy with the treatment from the business manager, so we left the dealership. And yesterday 7 years later we give Feldmann Import another try.... And WOW ... what a change Esther Odland and Haley Amundson they are AMAZING. Esther so patient and answer all the question we have. And the one thing that blew my mind is .... they stay 2 hours passes the dealership business hours so we can drive our new Mercedes home that night. Again Thank you and hopefully Feldmann Import always treat every customer with the same respect.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

My experience with this dealer was very good! The test drive was setup prior to me arriving and the salesman was ready to go. The price discussion was easy and everything went well.

Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

As soon as we walked through the door Nate introduced himself and asked us if he could help with anything. We told him we were looking for a trade-in on a new vehicle but the person that deals with it Linkins was busy so he helped us. He answered all of our questions and if he did not know them he found out right away. I thought it was a very personable experience with Nate. The 2015 GL550 turbo is off the rails. Push the sport mode button and some kind of witchcraft happens. It is a fast, comfortable brute that puts many 2023 SUVs to shame. Highway, no problem, B roads, no problem, snow, no problem, heavy rain, no problem. It does it all. Mine was 110K new. I picked mine up used for 40 with 35K on the clock. I use mine like an SUV. We hunt, fish, and put the dogs in the back. It does it all. Do not take your Merc to the dealer. Some folks specialize in Merc and will do your routine maintenance for thousands less. Yes, thousands less. Some of which you can do yourself. I'm on a Mercedes forum. Folks help you with countless features. The Germans know what they are doing.

The GL450 is a roomy vehicle with a usable 3rd row that quickly folds away flush into the floor for spacious cargo room. The car is stable on smooth roads and comfortable, potholes, man-hole covers and other obstacles in the road can cause the suspension to jump around a little more than expected...the rear will jump over a few inches one way or another, but overall it drives well. Acceleration isn't what it used to be with the larger twin turbo V-8, but it's still very respectable. The biggest advantage and worth the trade-off is the much improved fuel economy. Front seating is sufficient, not spectacular though...I've take a few 700 plus mile trips and I'm happy with the comfort level, just wish the front seat bases could tilt a little higher in the front. Gauges and instruments and radio are easy to use and fall within reach...the temperature controls could be a little more modern for a 2016 instead of the rotary dial...but they work. NOT a fan of the transmission shifting on the column...it frees up the center console, but it's easy to confuse early on with blinkers, wipers, etc. The seats are heated but at this price, they should also be ventilated/cooled. I haven't had it long enough for reliability, but from what I've read it's decent. Towing capacity is 7500#...I have not tried that yet, but would think that's a little more than an SUV this size should be towing...my intentions will be much smaller adventure trailers and possibly a boat, but no large car haulers even though they may fall within or under 7500#. I'm looking forward to this car as it's my first Mercedes, a departure from our Audi and BMW stable of cars we own and have owned in the past.

Love the color combination white exterior and cashmere interior, I have the original window sticker and sales receipt the car sold out the door includes tax and discounts dealer prep for $64,000.00

At first I was a little hesitant about looking at Mercedes, but Cathy Wirta did an excellent job of finding the perfect car for me and the price was to my delight well within my budget. I now own a new Mercedes A220. I could not be more pleased with the Dealership, the car, or with Cathy.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

I came in at 530 they close at 6 as I was unaware. yet unbegrudgingly My salesman Devin stayed until 930 and I drove home that night in a new car. its very refreshing to meet people who treat their customers so well this is my third Mercedes but first time purchasing at Feldman's but henceforth will be the only dealership in MN that I will do business withy for the forceable future as well as recommend them and my salesman Devin to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

We had a great time at Auto Motion recently while we were car shopping. We didn't end up buying a car here, but they were super accommodating and patient as we test drove a number of vehicles - even staying a bit after their close time to accommodate us. Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Bought a Honda Pilot with 300k miles. Still driving it 2 yrs later. Not a single breakdown. Heading to buy another car this week. I see all the negative reviews. They sell used cars. You the buyer should know what to look for.

Have owned since new, 90,000 miles now, the only faults with the 250 that I have is no spare tire, and only a 16+ gallon fuel tank, the plus side (never had a flat) it gets great fuel mileage highway near 40, (right foot controlled) 25 around town, very torqu'e engine, zero problems with car, wish they still delivered a diesel in the USA,

I will never buy another truck/vehicle from another dealer again!!!

Owned a newer 2014 S-Class, but we could never get two golf bags in the trunk. It was a beautiful and lots of technology but needed more cargo volume. Bought a 2015 GL450 pre-owned from the local Mercedes dealership. The newer GLS is more expensive and feels less solidly built and tons of electronics that can go wrong. Overall, I am happy with the comfort and utility of this SUV. We took it on a couple road trips in its first year. I have distronic plus radar cruise control and didn't know that it also helps automatically stop to avoid a collision. Some crazy driver stopped in the middle of a highway trying to get into a left lane and I would have rear ended them if I didn't have the radar with the active brake assist. The comand navigation screen is smaller than on the newer ones and the night time backup view is too dark. I've had some glitchy performance with the Comand system, but it's a 7 year old SUV, but it's somewhat to be expected. Overall, great SUV to live with for at least the next 5-10 years before everything goes electric.

I bought a 1997 C230 for $1300. Was told it needed the coil packs replaced. I bought the original OEM parts on eBay along with new spark plugs for right around $40. After replacing the plugs and coils and resetting the codes THIS CAR RUNS AND DRIVES LIKE A DREAM. I still can’t believe I bought this car for $1300 and only put $40 into it. It’s 25 years old and is in mint condition. Not a single dent on it. 195000 miles and it drives like it’s brand new. I feel like I stole this car.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

Husband and I went I looking for a truck not knowing what we would find and Robert was the one that took care of us and wow what an awesome experience.
