I saw this Toyota online and contacted Dee although I was almost 600 miles away. The salesman was not available at the time so Dee took it upon herself to personally check the truck out and drove it. Ultimately I purchased the vehicle, Dee picked me up at the airport and was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Mr Furr and the salesmen were amazing and all like a big family. They took very good care of me as well as after care, the truck needed an alignment and they took care of it for me from in my home home town. On top of everything, I got one hell of a deal! Great little car lot, honest, friendly and just flat out good people!

Rides like an S-Class (air suspension).
Handles better than anything it's size.
Strong diesel engine.
Simple infotainment system compared to modern cars.
Simple engine systems compared to modern cars.
Diesel engine is used all over Europe as a taxi cab (and cars used as taxis tend to be some of the most reliable, because they have to be.)
Suspension can be raised; this is useful in Houston when it floods!
Lots and lots of room!
Likely will need repairs as it get older/more miles. But, I bought it for only $14k, so what can I expect.
Some plastic creaking. But, what can you expect from an older German car? You get something with a sophisticated suspension, but they pay less attention to creaking plastics.
Nicest People ever! We worked with Randy and Mr. Furr himself! We bought our son a Mustang and could not be happier. Also while buying our sons car I noticed a smart car on the lot. My grandma is 93 and has been wanting a small car with big windows. I took it to her to show it to her and she loved it, ended up purchasing the car and they were so sweet Dee the lady in the office drove all the way to my grandma's so my grandma could sign the paper work and didn't have to get out and drive across town!

The GlK 250 diesel is a pain in the butt to maintain annual service. I put 2500 km on it annually and park it in the winter. The annual service charge is usually 1000 bucks. I live 3 hours away from a dealership that is only able to do service on weekdays. Bottom line the diesels need to be serviced annually which can be pricey if under miled. If you have to drive a distance to your nearest Mercedes dealership then count on doing it during the week. This was my dream vehicle but I realize it is a pain in the butt to own.
The Mercedes Benz CLA is top of the line luxury. With the mounted tv screen you have the option to install a back up camera without having to modify your deck. This car has plenty of custom features that makes driving it extremely fun. From the interior lights to the bluetooth feature which takes listening to music or talking on your phone to another level. It rides and handles like a sports car and has an exotic look. I'd recommend this car to anyone.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Good beach but noise in transfer case only 57000 miles I take care of this car better then my wife no reason this should happen not happy at all I have two e350 one 2010 and one 2013 not happy with Benz at all thinking of going to Lexus 57000 miles car looks new but this is a manufactures problem and they know it I’ve built cars from scratch this should not happen at all wake up people and do the right thing keep your name it’s a benz

Best mileage, comfort, and driving distance. Would not change it, but job changed, no longer will be driving as much. Mainly was used to drive between hospitals. Most mileage was freeway, minimal city driving wear and tear.
Very efficient, nice staff, accommodated me Greeted me at the car door! Always nice to come in for ck up service, oil and tire change

This car is exactly what I was looking for and came with all the bells, whistles, and warranty (CPO). I love this SUV design from Mercedes. 2015 was the last model design for the GLK 350 and it looks different from the others classes. It drives like a car and great handling and design. I love the bluetooth and playing my cell phone music apps and my interior color and design. The air conditioning vents also have a cool design. Love this car and it's going to last me a long time.
This was my first visit to Gene Messer and my rep, Eddie, provided excellent customer service. I was extremely pleased and asked another customer, "are they always this nice?" I have shared my experience with my friends and co-workers. Thank you.

Build quality and reliability is exceptional. Superb all around performance with the AMG Sport Package and comfort. The E Class is the quintessential Mercedes Benz.
I have purchases 2 used S550 Autos from Alderson European Motors in the last four years. I have returned both cars for scheduled service & maintenance during this period as I live in Amarillo with no dealer. I have been super satisfied with Monte Ebeling, service manager. His knowledge, expertise, personality and timing has been excellent. He goes the extra mile to satisfy me and others.

Tires are very expensive and the rear tires have to be replaced every 18 months , drives excellent in sport + mode , love it
Salesman and GM very friendly and capable of answering questions. Service department are prompt and courteous. Overall, I'd recommend Alderson to anyone.

having been fortunate enough to get a 2012 S class new, and again a 2016 S550, i can say the W222 does not disappoint in any fashion.
the interior updates are very nice and functional, the exterior looks also a good improvement.
The 2016 S has the optional Magic Body control option and the Burmester 3d radio, of which i found the Magic Body control to be the secret in the ride of the S600 series.
neither option will not be missed in a future car for me.
Alderson Mercedes of Lubbock did an outstanding job with servicing my car. Monte Ebeling is always friendly and courteous and very professional. He called me to tell me what was going on with my car. He always calls when my car is ready to be picked up.
Should have returned it within the week!

From the time I purchased the car the brakes have squealed like a pig being tortured when they are cold. Brought it back and was told that they were aware of the situation and were waiting on a recall or fix. Okay, I can be patient. Several months later, nothing resolved. Talk to a different mechanic and he directs me to a fix that Mercedes is aware of! Take the vehicle back to Mercedes only to be told that since it's a wear item they don't cover it. Had I been told up front that they were not going to correct their problem I would not have kept the car. Oh well, lesson learned...back to Lexus!
All interactions with the sales team were very positive. They were very attentive and very pleasant to deal with. Was a very good overall experience and would gladly do business with them in the future.
