Purchased in 2015, nothing is broken except consumables until 2023. It has a bit of a turborek, so it's less driving, but it has an agile driving feeling.

2014 CLS63 Type S. I’ve owned maybe 50 cars in my lifetime. Never a car like this. Bad to the core. (In a good way) The engine is second to none. The handling bests my mustang. The interior is clean, classy and feels quality. The car is fast. And I don’t mean hey look at me fast. I mean, hold on and maybe I should let off the throttle a bit, fast. No problems mechanically so far. But I am well aware of the potential cost of maintenance. That would be the only draw back. Very happy with this vehicle. Love the look. Love the feel. Love the power.

I have been working on getting a car for weeks now, honestly I was going to throw in the towel, I was beyond frustrated with the process in it's entirety. I had gone to as is dealer, the car had warning lights as soon as it started. I tried a "Home delivery" website (I won't mention it here) and after days of putting me through the ringer the denied the sale hours before delivery. I even went to a name brand car dealer but the were high presser and instead of working with the budget I wanted they were pushing a new car, which would have raised my insurance and cost far more than I wanted. Finally I went to easyauto, let me tell you, they're not kidding. Alex was outstanding! He endured my stubborn, picky and pain in the pants ways, not only did I get my mini but his customer service was excellent. He was friendly, and worked with my budget on what I wanted to pay and what wanted as a car. He did ask if I would be interested in something other than a Mini, and I told him if it came to it I'd let him try 😉 By the end of the paperwork I got to pick from 2 different minis. The car I bought has a 30 day warranty, they offer a extended warrenty and gap insurance as well. Alex was professional, an excellent read on people. He worked with me and my budget, and honestly I'm sorry I wasted my time anywhere else. I recommend any one who wants a used car, to check out easyauto, the cars were high quality, well maintained and everyone in there was friendly and welcoming. First off all. This car is 100% gangster, legit to the core. The level of performance, curb appeal, and luxury refinement is unparalleled. Its the nicest car I've ever owned. Literally, every time and I mean every time I take it out people stop and stare, kids cheer, it turns heads. I don't know how else to describe it, but It makes you feel special when you drive it. The hydraulic steering is superb. The "I am Legend" pandemic runs I had in it we're amazing. Its like the more you push it, the more confidence inspiring it gets. It makes you feel like you are some kind of road boss, where you can just mob down any road or car you want; effortlessly. This is especially true when you put it Sport+. And the exhaust sound - forget about it! Its so bad xxx - super addicting. ** The one thing you must be careful of is: 120 mph feels like 30 mph. So you really have to watch your speed. It was designed to be an Autobahn ripper - so it has a way of "velocit-izing" you. It took me ~2-4 weeks to get used to driving it after coming off a Porsche 911. The hood is long, and its a big car. But it doesn't feel like it when you're driving it. The seats are very comfortable, which provides a sort of xxxx-pit like experience. Because of the moon roof, it helps to make it feel like there is more room. I used it as fun weekend car whenever the weather was nice. So could you daily drive it? Yes. But its not designed for city street driving really. As I alluded to earlier - its for traveling at high speed over long distances kind of car. The only negative side I have is that for city driving its not that great. Specifically, the transmission is jerky if you only do stop-and-go type driving at low speed under 15 mph. Its not terrible, but if I had to do this type of driving day to day, I would choose another car. Finally, for me, this car represents freedom. Freedom to lose yourself in the driving experience. Where you become one with the car, explore, and have fun adventures. As soon as I get in it - its like all of my problems seem to slip away. Its a very rewarding car, and I strongly recommend it.

I am now 3 years into ownership of a 2018 CLS 550, which I purchased new. The motivating factor to buy was that this was to be the last year that the big twin turbo V8 would be offered and it is a wonderful powerplant. I have not had one moment of regret since the day I picked my car up at the dealership and this includes MB service, which has been superb. I have done a few minor upgrades to the car, such as adding CarPlay, eliminating the engine shutoff feature, adding a rear spoiler and swapping out the standard front grill for an AMG vertical bar version. I haven't owned a car for 3 years+ in 50 years of driving, but every time I start to look at replacing my CLS, I can't find a vehicle that I would be satisfied with over the CLS, without spending well north of $100k. I love the power, the handling, the luxury features and the gorgeous lines of this car. In my opinion, at its current used car price, if you could find a 2015-2018 model year, (pretty much the same car) with low mileage, its one of the best used cars available. Strongly recommend.

Without a doubt the most fun luxury car I've owned. Everyone has warned me about how much it costs to fix. I'd like to confirm or dismiss their predictions, but nothing has broken. Other than expensive oil changes and different sized tires that can't be rotated, I haven't done anything but put gas in it.

When my windshield was cracked by a rock on my new 2022 S580 no one could find a replacement. "Backordered" "No ETA" "Nowhere to be found." "Sorry, can't help you." Over and over until I went to the dealership where I bought the car and the Parts Manager, Joe Singer, literally went the extra mile. He not only found the windshield at a dealership in Maryland but sent someone to get it right away. That's customer service. Actually, everyone there was great. My salesman, Phil Polite, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with as is my service adviser, Darius DeQuesnay. Thrilled to find exceptional customer service in a world where mediocrity is the norm.

The 2022 CLS 450 is a stylish , well appointed and amazingly tech savvy car . It drive so smooth it is like driving a cloud on Fire . The seats compensate in turns , the safety features keep you from making a mistake but most of all the MBUX Voice Control system sets Mercedes Benz apart from other cars in its class - when I need directions I just ask Mercedes to take me to a good Italian restaurant , or tell it the address and it downloads directions, I can ask the car to make a phone call, give me a massage, change the lighting - you get the idea - I have owned Porches and Lexus and not until now have I experienced true luxury in an automobile. The Con for this car has been caused by the chip shortage - I ask for a rear window sun shade option - not available , Dash Cam and Air balance options not available , a couple of standard feature were lost as well like hands free trunk opening and Navigation's Augmented Reality - even with these loses - this car is a 5 star purchase - Please check with your dealer - lost options are a variable depending on when you order your car - probably the later the better - I ordered my car in August 2021 - the height of the chip shortage problem
