I was in the market for a high-end car and in the process went to 3 MB dealers. I not only chose the best one but ended up with the best MB ambassador, Joe Sangiamino. I would definitely say Mr Catena “knows how to pick’em.” Joe is an asset to the dealership. He was most pleasant to work with and I would be hard-pressed to go elsewhere. Great to find someone so honest in his dealings. I would be remiss not to mention Joe Sardina who was most competent in teaching me the ins and outs of my car. A totally positive experience!

The Sales person listened to my concerns and was very thorough in explaining what was available and that was important to me. We have a car shortage and we will need to order the colors you requested. So I figured I come back in a weeks time let him do more investigating. When I came back the following week, we talk serious business and I was satisfied with the outcome on my leased Cadenza being turned in for a New Soul.

Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

Had a good experience overall but was disappointed to discover that this dealership added $3000 in extra unnecessary fees onto the price of the vehicle listed. This made the price more in line with other sellers. So, it made the deal less enticing. Nevertheless, I was able to negotiate the removal of $1500 of the $3000 so, I did ultimately purchase the vehicle. The rest of the transaction went well. I very much appreciated working with my salesman Tony. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealer but would advise customers to look very carefully at their offer sheets before signing on the bottom line.

Jack Goldberg is the best and got me the best deal on my new Mercedes! I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I called Ray Catena and was able to find the best deal possible with the lowest monthly payment possible. Jack gave me additional 100 miles for free to make up for the travel time. The salesman Jeff Randall was friendly and polite. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and (unlike past experiences I’ve had elsewhere) wasn’t trying to pressure me into anything. The same can be said for the young lady who did all the paperwork. I believe her name was Olivia (sorry if I’m mistaken.) Also friendly, warm and efficient. All in all, a very pleasant car buying experience!
