Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.

I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

Had a great experience with the car sales man Mr. Torres. Very nice man, he did give you the car deal salesman attitude. The price listed is the price you pay. No haggling. Which their prices are pretty good. Henry the finance manger was great to. What you see is what you get. They show you everything on the computer. There is no going back and force and they don’t try to pressure you into buying anything extra. I wish more car dealerships were like this.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. Mina was great to work with for the recent purchase of our 2015 Ford F-250. He was easy to talk to and was quick to answer all of our questions. He provided us with lots of options for extended warranties and gap insurance for our purchase. The pictures of the vehicle I looked at prior to our visit were proven true when we saw the vehicle in person. I was a bit nervous making a large vehicle purchase from an independent dealer but felt very comfortable with our purchase after talking with Mina. On November 25th I went to the Mercedes on Ontario, and was looking to buy an electric car around 7pm in the evening, I was looking at the EQB 350 when this very nice sales representative Abel Vargas helped us and was very nice and interactive explained to us what was good about the electric vehicles, at the end of the point of buying the EQB 350 the transaction at around 2am Black Friday after hours but I will like to mention excellent and outstanding sales person human being his name is fadi batarni I had a situation where I had to call him, a couple days after but was out of town but still answered right away, like always nice friendly and helpful manner, and I really appreciate the help and appreciate the huge help on purchasing my EQB 350 Thank you much guys I really like my car.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

This car has met all my needs. I love how the suv is not too big or too small, the interior and all the technology really blows me away.

We got our EQB 300 with Pinnacle trim in September and we love it. It is easy to drive and has excellent performance for our needs. You can drive this car with one foot and rarely have to apply the brakes until you need to stop. Handles well at high speeds.

The entire process was quick and easy. I knew exactly what I wanted and they made sure I got it.
