I found the car I was looking for at this dealership - used BMW 3 series manual transmission with low mileage. I travelled to the dealership from Grand Rapids, Michigan and found the car largely as described by Robbie on the phone. I gave Robbie an estimated arrival time the previous day and when I arrived the car was pulled up and ready for me to test-drive. Impressive! I couldn't believe how quickly Robbie took care of the paperwork, I had inspected the car, test-driven it and taken care of the paperwork well within 2 hours. It was all a very pleasant experience. On the way back to Michigan the car did not handle as it should at highway speeds so I took it to a garage here and they told me one of the rear shocks was broken and they would need to replace both rear shocks. I called Robbie and he agreed to send me a check for the cost of the repair. He was true to his word. I highly recommend Luxury Auto Selection and if I am in the market again for a genuine used German car or SUV I would definitely go to Robbie.

Chicago Auto Warehouse is a dealership like no other. The people there not only go above and beyond for you but will work with you until you get what you exactly want! Especially the sales Manager Derek who sat with me for 5 hours working with my paperwork and calling different connects in different banks to help me get a better interest rate on financing the car I wanted. This Van has spacious leg room in both the front and back. Easy to drive and comfortable seats. Lots of features, safe van when traveling a long distance.

After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. Even though we did buy a used vehicle without a guarantee, the owner exceeded our expectations by making sure the small issue we did experience after purchase was promptly addressed. I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

There's nothing negative that I can say. The agent who contacted me was very patient with me and walked me through every detail I needed. He made it so easy and pleasant. My car was delivered far sooner than I expected, and I was very pleased and excited about that. I didn't expect my new car to be flawless, as it's a 2008 model. The car looks absolutely showroom perfect inside and out. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the mechanics or electrical system. I'll know more when my Mercedes mechanic goes over the car, but so far, I don't see this purchase could have been anymore perfect.

I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.
