I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

Joshua Mentzer is the real deal. From the minute my daughter and I showed up to test drive a used VW Jetta, Josh treated us as though we were there to purchase the top-of-the-line Benz. He took us on an extensive test drive, that thoroughly put the Jetta through its paces. He made us feel as though we were on a Sunday drive with the family. He talked my daughter through the features, demonstrated how to use them, spoke to my daughter and not just me (this is rare, kudos to you Josh), and answered all our questions. We placed a down payment and came back the next day after transferring money in the bank. Unfortunately, my daughter's insurance did not kick in until the day after and it was then that Josh elevated his service to the gold medal round. He offered to deliver the car to my daughter the next day. We live 1 hour and 20 minutes away. I challenge anyone to beat the service that Josh represents. This is a real testimony to this Mercedes Benz dealership. I will definitely check out MB of Lancaster when I am looking for my next car and will be asking for Josh. Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

There was a question regarding the service...Mercedes Benz and I had scheduled an appointment a few weeks prior to service. They put me down for a "Service B," and the car was "yelling" for a "Service A1." Brandon called me the morning of the Service to let me know that the driver was ready to deliver the loaner. We discussed the service "dilemma." At one time, I'd put 20,000 miles per year on my vehicles just commuting to work. Now that I have retired, I am under the "5,000 mile Emissions Exempt" mileage per year. Brandon and I decided to go with "time" instead of mileage for the service. "She's" a 2020, and is going on 6-years old now. Gave "her" the 5-year service. Told Brandon that next year, it'll be tires and a battery. And could they give "her" a good cleaning? I usually thoroughly clean and detail "her" twice a year. Something else that has been quite time-consuming came up this year. I took a chance, and asked Brandon about Mercedes Benz "cleaning her up," including detailing for me. That was done, too. A well-maintained car will last a long time. And Mercedes Benz vehicles have a reputation for "aging gracefully" if kept well. "She's" not the biggest, fanciest Mercedes out there, but with people like Brandon, the cleaning crew, establishments like Lancaster Mercedes Benz, and myself, "she" should look good, and run good for may years to come.

Very customer friendly. The whole staff is prepared to help with whatever you need. They supply a loaner vehicle when needed. Repairs are done in a timely manner and the car gets a fresh cleaning before pick up.

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

I had been looking for a pickup and found one on their site. Since I am over 200 miles away, I called to verify if it was there and the details of the truck. I spoke to Joey, he was very polite and answered all my questions. The next day I drove the 200 plus miles, once there everybody was very courteous, Joey showed me the truck and it was exactly as stated on the site. Joey was very personable, no pressure, and was very professional. I bought the truck and drove it over 200 miles back home, it drove very nice. Bought this little Gem off of a friend of mine, It has 100,000 miles on it but you wouldn't know it! Drives and handles like a dream, has plenty of power the supercharger works well very impressive!!!!! I have had weekend cars for some years now. Started with BMW M3 (E46 competition package), moved to Porsche 911 turbo (997.1 with 6-sp), then 2015 Nissan GTR (I truly enjoyed that car) and I am on the 2018 MB AMG GTR now. I drive them only during late Spring, Summer and store them from October to April. I keep them for 2-4 summers, then move on. MB AMG GTR is the next level. It is starting to encroach into exotic car territory. Lots of attention. It is a race focused machine and by far the most uncomfortable sport car I have owned so far. But that is a good thing. Engine is at the moment one of the best in the business. Sounds awesome. It is a tricky car to drive fast so one has to be a bit more careful when compared to Nissan GTR/Porsche 911 turbo or even Porsche 911 GT3. I had a rear light failure within the first 4k miles. Fixed under warranty. Entertainment system is a bit old. In general I would say this car is worth the money.

Ken at Manheim Imports was such a pleasure to work with as was the whole team! The place was very busy with other customers, but they pulled in more help to make the process run smooth and quickly. Price of vehicle was already below market average saving is time and hassle on negotiating a price. We ended up going with a different car then we had originally gone to look at. The vehicle is in great condition and looked like the photos on their listing. Since it was a Tesla, they made sure we were comfortable with driving and all the features before we drove off to head home. Would highly recommend this dealership and Ken.

So far Great, not a single issue. Love the carbon fibre all over the interior, racing seats looks amazing, drives bit hard on sport mode.
