I was in the market for a 4 series and came across one in Coast BMW. As I am located in the Bay Area, I initially inquired some info on it and Daniel helped me through the entire process, from getting more pictures to all sorts of general questions. When returning from Los Angeles during the Labor Day Weekend, I decided to drop by and take a look. On the way there, Daniel called me to offer my friend and I some Starbucks coffee and had them ready when we arrived the dealership. Before the test drive, Daniel presents the features inside and outside of the car along with the structural engineering principles of how the chassis is designed. To be honest, he is the first one who was able to do so, out of over a hundred of salesman I have met. He ensures I spent enough time to test and learn the vehicle before looking at the financials. The buying process was pressure free, he did not use any language or tone to encourage me to become a BMW owner, and that is during my 2 hours grinding with him. No, he did not make me to stay in the dealership, it was me who was debating the entire time. He also offered to buy me dinner since I was traveling back to the Bay Area but I declined. I have not met such a sincere and knowledgeable car sales professional, not from the Bay Area BMW, Mercedes, Infiniti, and some of the Lexus locations. There were some hiccups with the Sales Manager's "thinking out loud" and initial paperwork typos, but they have nothing to do with Daniel. Thank you for making my buying experience great. Thank you Daniel for restoring my faith in the car sales professionals and keep up the good work! I look forward to working with Daniel again!
