I have been going to American Service Center for over 20 years for my Mercedes service needs. They are always courteous, efficient, and honest. If there is ever an issue it is handled promptly.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Select Auto Imports is a highly professional group. I purchased a Range Rover from a different state without seeing the car. Paperwork was arranged by them via Fedex quickly. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with out-of-state transactions. The car was exactly as described by Select Auto in excellent condition with no surprises and no hassles. The 2022 CLS 450 is a stylish , well appointed and amazingly tech savvy car . It drive so smooth it is like driving a cloud on Fire . The seats compensate in turns , the safety features keep you from making a mistake but most of all the MBUX Voice Control system sets Mercedes Benz apart from other cars in its class - when I need directions I just ask Mercedes to take me to a good Italian restaurant , or tell it the address and it downloads directions, I can ask the car to make a phone call, give me a massage, change the lighting - you get the idea - I have owned Porches and Lexus and not until now have I experienced true luxury in an automobile. The Con for this car has been caused by the chip shortage - I ask for a rear window sun shade option - not available , Dash Cam and Air balance options not available , a couple of standard feature were lost as well like hands free trunk opening and Navigation's Augmented Reality - even with these loses - this car is a 5 star purchase - Please check with your dealer - lost options are a variable depending on when you order your car - probably the later the better - I ordered my car in August 2021 - the height of the chip shortage problem

I love my car. The tech in is car is ridiculous. I makes it seem your driving a spaceship(dad's words) with the two 10ich screen in the front. The feature set complements the car as well. With different mode to boot. I could be any happier with my purchase.

The technology in this vehicle is superb! I have the AMG blackout line with the upgraded Burmester stereo. I will say I'm not sure I can tell the difference between the upgraded stereo and the standard? Other than that, the large iPhone look on the dash is pretty neat. It connects to my Android and everything is voice activated. The placement of the Android auto plug is little irritating right behind the cup holder in this car versus the other Mercedes where it was inside of the center console. The interior, although with a retro type look with the black and red leather, with silver touches, the silver seems a bit cheap looking in my opinion. Plenty of front seat room! A bit firm for the seating but I'm pretty sure this will last me a long time without having any leather issues. This car gets very zippy in sport mode, I love it! Econ mode is great for my long commute on the freeway. I'm averaging around 32 mpg for both city/highway combined. I haven't driven it long enough to determine a true reliability.... But I did have to have my brakes/rotors replaced under warranty--they were thinking it's a manufacturer's type defect so I sure hope so!

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!
