2014 I went to look for a "used" Mercedes, Lexus, or BMW. The Lexus & BMW dealers "pointed" in the direction of their used cars. Carlton Mercedes greeted us at the door with a rose for my wife! Asked if they could help, and when i said i was looking for a used E class, they said "wait here", and they drove several up to the portachure! Wow, i was impressed. I decided several days late to purchase a new E-350 Sport. The price was competitive, the people are outstanding, and the service the last three years has been excellent.

Crown Nissan was able to beat the price of all of the other Nissan dealers within 50 miles on a 2019 Nissan Frontier SV. The price they emailed to me was exactly the price I got when I came to the dealer and the process was easy. I highly recommend that you at least get a price from them on a car before buying elsewhere.

The best most comfortable car I have ever owned! Performs like a Sedan! Highly maneuverable. Comfortable cockpit. Only minor fault, it consumes fuel on the highway! Very happy/satisfied otherwise!

I purchased a 2021 Honda Accord a few weeks ago. My wife and I were very pleased with the attention and professionalism that Mr Jimmy Jahan showed us from beginning to end. Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

The only complaint we have is when your slowing down to stop and the SUV goes to electric. Sometimes it is very abrupt with a chunk sound, to me its not right, I will be checking in with the dealer for answers for $90,000+ dollars Mercedes I expect better.

I have this car for almost 6 years I have no major problem at all. We always use this for long drive and short heavy cargo. Excellent SUV.

I was notified of a particular model of car I was wanting through Cars.com. I was impressed how quickly the rep from Bradshaw Acura contacted me after I responded to the web notification, how the car was held for us to test drive. But it was all low-key, no high pressure. I really appreciated that while we considered the purchase.

Have owned since new, 90,000 miles now, the only faults with the 250 that I have is no spare tire, and only a 16+ gallon fuel tank, the plus side (never had a flat) it gets great fuel mileage highway near 40, (right foot controlled) 25 around town, very torqu'e engine, zero problems with car, wish they still delivered a diesel in the USA,
