I traded a '19 Corvette Z06 M7 even up for my '21 GLA45AMG. I expected a huge drop in performance from that 650 hp monster, but the Mercedes is quick, corners well, and the brakes are strong. The chassis is better sorted than the Z06's, steering and braking feel is better, and the firm ride isn't punishing, despite 255/35-21 tires. I'm still learning how everything functions, and much of it is convoluted and counterintuitive. Give me a month. The Burmester audio upgrade for $850 is a bargain, as opposed to other ludicrously overpriced options. I recommend Dynamic Plus even though mine doesn't have it. Upgrade leather seats are armchair comfy, but I wanted the better performance seats, which were hideously costly. I always buy high performance vehicles, and even after my last scary death chariot, this car is plenty.

Since we bought this car the wiper blades doesn’t wipe clean.I’ve been addressing this issue several times but never resolved. This is just a basic issue tha’s very annoying as a car driver who expects perfect performance from mercedes benz

Its possibly the best EV sedan in its class. Very fast and comfortable. Depending on your driving habits, it gets over 360 miles on a single charge.

My husband really likes this dealership. I bought my dream car from here a few months ago and it ended up in an accident and it was totaled. I wanted or decided I would get another Camry instead but as we were driving to the dealership we ended up at Audi South. I wasn't happy why here I don't want another Audi. So we went to test drive an Audi A4 he wanted it but I wasn't feeling it. We were just about to head back inside and BAM I saw theeee car. I got in the passenger seat and knew right then this was the ONE!! We drove it and got back and I said this is the ONE that I want. We went inside to start the paperwork and within the hour we were on our way home with my new ride! The process was a breeze. I think that night or the next day I had all my paperwork in an email followed up with an email asking about my experience. WE will definitely be back! The only reason I am giving this dealership 5 stars is because of the service advisor, Eric Williams. Eric is the only advisor that picks up his phone, returns calls, is kind, efficient, professional, and truly cares. The other advisors never return calls. The service manager, Chris, also does not reply or return calls. They have lost selling me service contracts because they will not reply. Chris, the service manager, is always asking how can we gain your service again. Well, perhaps by providing stellar customer service which would include calling customers back especially if they ask for the manager. Mercedes Benz has not been the same since Ruben Santiago left.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.
