Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

Was wondering what was taking so long for typical service, especially after phone call with service assistant who said the car would be ready by 9:00. According to receipt, car was ready at 8:48. At 10:00 had to text and inquire if car was ready. Have never run in into this problem before.

Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

Went to 3 other dealers before being reccomend to matt Harris and knew instantly it was our last stop. We has been treated like xxxx at the other dealers. 1 lied to us and another told us he would not replace bald tires on a 2 year old luxury vehicle. The second we met Matt we knew we were In great hands. My fiance got the Mercedes she wanted at a fair price and the vehicle recieved everything it needed in the shop before we looked at it. As a tall man, space, performance, and comfort is a premium. I looked at several other SUVs but the GLE looks, and performs the best. I like the muscular look of the SUV. It's a boss of a truck especially if you opt for the 20 & 21 inch rims. I was not looking for speed and power so I decided to get the smaller 2.0 engine to get more milage on a full tank and I have no regrets. The 2.0 turbo is enough to get me around town. When driving through the backroads or highways, the ride is smooth. The SUV sit high enough so you see your surroundings. The tech displays: large navigation screen, ambient lighting, and large moon roof makes for a enjoyable ride. Leg room is nice and you feel like you are sitting on air. The ride is smooth and the car is spacious for a family of 5 on long trips. Like all luxury cars, you want to make sure you take out the maintenance plan for the vehicle. Getting Mercedes to do the service is a smart investment. Now, Mercedes will do the service but anything extra they will charge a premium fee so find out what the SUV needs and take it to a trusted mechanic. The SUV is relatively easy to work on according to my mechanic. Since having the 2020 GLE 350, I only had to change the rotors, tires and do the service maintenance at the dealership. Directional tires 20 inch rims in the front and 21 inch rims for the back at the dealership will run you over $1400 (installation included]) but do your research. I got mine, pirellis from tirerack.com for under $800 and got them installed for $20 bucks each. It was shipped from California, brand new. You can find these tires on other website as well around the same price so you don't have to overspend. Take time to do your research. The only issue I had is that the leather seat on the driver's side has a crack in the groove. You can barely see it but I expected the leather to much more studier and longer lasting. If you decide to get one, avoid the color black. It's hard to keep clean. Silver is by far the best color to keep clean. Overall, I can now see why Mercedes owners love their rides; classy, spacious, and reliable! You can't go wrong with Mercedes Benz.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I usually get SUVs or Trucks from American Brands. I wanted to get my self a really nice seadan. My buddy recommended me to go to Mercedes-Benz of Burlington before I go to any other luxury dealership. His recommendation was spot-on. Dealership is beautiful with a waterfall fountain plus a nice cafe. The staff is extremely accommodating. I met Collin Stankard valet who took me to TJ a sales associate. TJ was patient and helped me find the right car for my needs. Chris Caputo GSM took the time and found the proper numbers to make me happy because I like to haggle. Then I sat down with Steve Baker a finance manager me made the paperwork easy peasy. Elaine PC had an awesome delivery for me. I learned the ins and outs of the car. Tim Martino the GM was out on vacation but made sure that everything was done properly and I was treated like a VIP. My father was in the car industry. I know the games and gimmicks the people like to run. I'm extremely happy that I only had to go to one place and had a great experience. I'm now part of the mbob family.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Drove 9 1/2 hrs from Pensacola Florida to Naples, to buy this specific Mercedes Benz GLE 350 4Matic. I have owned five Mercedes, but never the crossover model. This car has everything. Bought it from Tamiami Ford, of all places. Sales people were fantastic and knew more about the car than the local Dealer. Loved the ride back, pure comfort and luxury.

Very smooth drive ! Definitely makes you feel like your in total control comfortably as well as confidently! I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! I am very happy with my new purchase. BUT. The Braking system is jerky when applying the brakes and when sitting at a stop light if there is a small incline the vehicle rolls backward. A little unnerving to say the least.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever.
