Recently (within last month) bought a used Mercedes from this dealership. Marvin was fantastic, answered all of my questions, went on test drive, found the second key, had it detailed before pickup and even took the time to program my phone, etc. I would have given 5 stars but the financing process was a bit much. In the end I bought a beautiful car and am happy with my purchase.

Very comfortable car, good for all uses, i own the ML-350 AMG Sport and its got very good acceleration for a heavier suv, the diesel engine is quite pokey but smooth at the same time, its very capable of cruising at high speeds comfortably but still manages to handle well in comfort mode, the gear changes arent the fastest but still fairly quick, i assume they would be for the ML63, had a issue with the rear suspension, one of the better equipped cars on the road if you own one with a high spec of optional extras, amazing styling and interior center console is a bit of a pain when you drop anything small on it such as crumbs, the gaps are quite big so alot fall in them and is hard to clean out, good car would definitely recommend buying if your looking at one

We leased an EQE 350+ from Autobahn motors. The only reason I?m giving this dealership 5 stars is due to Stan Mojaisky. He immediately addressed the issue we were having with the lease (getting a $1000 a charging credit from Mercedes Benz USA). We had to call MB USA twice and they directly called the dealership to let them know there was a valid promotion to apply to our account. They mentioned that an assistant manager would take of our account. Weeks passed and nothing happened. I called back and was connected with Stan who patiently listened to the frustration we endured during this process and immediately went to work to make sure we had the credit applied to our account. This is the kind of responsiveness we have enjoyed when we have worked with other Mercedes dealerships. Until that point we had unreturned calls and messages. Thank you Stan!

I bought this car online and dealt with Cesar, my sales rep. He was amazing and along with the general manager made the buying process simple and easy. They sent me photos and we facetimed to be able to see the car inside and out in detail. Cesar picked me up at the airport, had paperwork ready, test drove the car with me, had the vehicle nicely detailed and with a full tank of gas and showed me all the new features on my new car. I was very thankful for that because much has changed with MB and so much more technology to learn from my 2010 E class. The ride and comfort of the GLC300 is superb and driving it over 2000 miles homes was such a pleasure. My new GLC plugin hybrid was having trouble initializing the digital extras. It appears not able to finish the task beyond 24 hours. I reported the problem to my sales. She promptly arranged services and escalated the case to her manager and Mercedes Customer Assistance. A case was created with Customer Assistance directing service to troubleshoot the problem. With a coordinated effort they were able to fix the problem and return my car in pristine condition a few days later. I?m impressed. My experience with them is five-star.

I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Dealing with David Chao were really great. He is knowledgeable about the cars he sells, he gave us a really great price and overall service. We kept in touch on a regular basis before we made the deal as he was honest and upfront from the start.

Service is very good. .They did oil change , change new tire and rebalance my car. They let me loan their car for me to get hone and go to work.

This car met all my needs and more. Love the interior and the way its moves. So comfortable and reliable! Very pleased with this car!

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

We got our EQB 300 with Pinnacle trim in September and we love it. It is easy to drive and has excellent performance for our needs. You can drive this car with one foot and rarely have to apply the brakes until you need to stop. Handles well at high speeds.
