This was such a professional experience I would recommend them to anybody. Their in-depth knowledge of vehicles was very comforting for me.

This vehicle was originally rated at 15 mpg in the city and 19 mpg on the highway. I get 16 mpg in the city and 22 to 23 mpg on the highway in the summer and 20 to 21 in the winter. I have 243,000 miles on this vehicle. Drawback at this time is probable short in the wiring in which the drivers power seat will sometimes go back unexpectedly. Also excessive rust below door entry points. Tows very well(22’ camper)

This truck has lasted me a long time. I’m just looking for something smaller. Motor runs great. Just needs a new shift solinoid. The exterior is a maroon color. And this inside is a tan color.

Smooth ride on the highway, better than average fuel economy. More than enough power,proven engine. Tows well, comfortable up front and for passengers. Power folding third row seats.

I bought my 03 Mountaineer used in July. I didnt know ANYTHING about these SUV in fact I was unaware of their existence before I found this one. I paid $1,300, it had 108,000 miles on it. Ive owned it 6 months now and yes I have put some work into it but it's a 20 yr old vehicle and so far everything ive done I would've expected a vehicle with that many years to have going on, they just happened to me right away. But you can get the parts for these cheap. I have the 4.0 V6 and I love this car! It has so much power, it is fast as xxxx for a big heavy SUV. It flies down the highway and even handles curves like a sports car. I have to be careful because it takes off right now and I can be doing 90mph without even trying and be at 80mph coming onto the highway. It tows like a champ no problems. As long as I turn the overdrive off when in town and on when I'm on highway it gets great gas milage, I love the big moon/sun roof, the pedals move to me, leather heated seats. I like that I can either open just the back window or the whole hatch depending what im doing. The negative, typical ford rusted out rocker panels, I just filled my tank today and when leaving the station I noticed my fuel gage isnt working, could be the floater is stuck but it only has 110,000 on it now. Because in the 6 months I have owned it it has been in my shop getting the tlc in deserves and im feeling confident that this Mountaineer is gonna be one that goes the distance and some. I hope so. It is a real pleasure to drive.

This has been a great vehicle. The rear two rows of seats easily fold down for when I need to transport furniture or bicycles, &c. It also easily accommodates seven passengers with plenty of room. Plus the separate rear HVAC system keeps my riders comfortable. The all wheel drive has been great in snowy winters. The solid V-8 engine is one that will never quit. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and reliable ride for family, friends, or other precious cargo of an inanimate nature.

I've owned my mountaineer since 2013 and I never had any problems with my car and I would definitely recommend this vehicle to other people who is looking for a good reliable used car. The mountaineer drives well in the snow and it never skidded in the bad weather, I have the 4.0 V6 engine and it has great gas mileage and I would never get rid of it.

Service and a salesman helped today figure out the subscription for the GPS system. I don’t like the idea of having to pay for the gps after 1 year of ownership on Toyota but I guess either you pay for the connect drive gps or use your cell phone car play (which is what I decided to do). So I just bought a used 2010 Mercury Mountaineer, with a restored salvage title. Typically I do not buy vehicles that don’t have a clean title. Obviously this vehicle was in an accident, and restored. I test drove the vehicle twice before deciding to buy it. I have to say there are a few quirks I have to work out of the system, but the engine and transmission is solid! With just over 100k miles this vehicle is by far one of the cleanest vehicles I have ever bought used, inside and out. I upgraded from an 03 Ford Ranger that had the 2.3L engine 5 speed manual. I wanted something automatic and with more HP. The Mountaineer doesn’t disappoint. For $4,500 I feel this vehicle was a smart purchase even if I have to put some time and money into fixing the weird quirks. I wish there was a way to submit pictures in this review to show just how clean this vehicle is. I would not hesitate on buying another one.

When I purchased the car it was used but with low miles. The miles are still low and the car is starting to show its age. I am grateful that the work was able to he completed in my driveway. It's still a good car and i am glad i bought it!!!

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Bought it new in ‘04. Changed oil and serviced IAW manual since I bought it and kept it garaged. I’m 83 now and still use it as my primary vehicle. It has 185,000 miles on it. It’s a 4.0 V6.

I’ve had mine about a year and I can’t complain. I have had no problems with it. More then enough room Inside and I have 4 kids. We have been on vacation in it and it was amazing. Easy ride and very dependable

This car met all my needs roomy seats plenty of people can ride along stays cool and warm all around in side the vehicle. Luggage rack on top for storage.

I came in expecting to get laughed at and they accepted me with open arms and worked with what I had at the time and got me into a car. The car I got was used but it still gets me to point A to point B and they sat down with me, talked with me and listened to my story, and said this is what we can work out and what we can do. I upgraded to an 05 mountaineer from an 07 Ford Focus wagon and I just love it, so much more room, way better in the snow, and I have heated seats and a sunroof, gas mileage isn’t great but I’m also at 176,000 miles. Starts right up for me every day :-)

Back in February 2025, I stopped by to see a car for sale that I could not believe after 14 years and One Owner was in such good shape. That was an 2011 Infiniti G25- 2.5L, V6. I know my cars well and that car was hard to find due to it was only made 2011 to 2012, and they stopped making them. I met Ross and the dealership. He gave me the keys to check the car out. Just as posted. The car was very well cared for. Great price. I went through it with a fine tooth come. I only found one thing. The radiator filler cap was cracked. The other cars on the lot were some of the best quality used cars I have seen in a long time. They do a good job picking quality cars. Hats of to Texas Driver Auto Dealer. I recommend to anyone stop by there first before you go anywhere else. I'm a 28 year retired Army vet. I have owned, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, Japanese Skylines and Dodge Charger SRT 8. My JDM chose was this G25 for its look and reliability and I found it here. Thanks Ross. It is running great and I plan to customizes it full stock with a touch of my style. Looking forward to take it to my JDM club. No one has this one.

Great vehicle, ran amazing until the transmission went, lots of cargo and passenger space, loved the third row seating.

Trustworthy, built like a tank. Fantastic winter vehicle with a million features. Great visibility and very comfortable. Ford 5.0 V-8 is bulletproof, and the fulltime AWD is fully automatic and a great safety feature.

Purchased 2002 Mercury Mountaineer for my sister but kept the car after she received another one. It has plenty of space to transport a family group or family. The interior is nicely designed with a great deal of leg room and comfy seats. I fixed some transmission issues and vale cover gasket which is faulty in a car this age and mileage. Overall a good family car.
