Franco provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a professional and fair experience. He?s simply the best.
Most Reliable Car I've Owned
This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

DJ, David Johnson was great to work with in completing the transaction. Very honest and reliable.
Literally most reliable car ever.
My 07 Milan 2.3 has been through a small war. It has taken everything I have given it and given me trouble free miles. Bought in 2012 with 97k miles it now has 210k miles and I have never done anything other than regular maintenance. Transmission fluid drops with Mazda M5 fluid every third oil change, mobil 1 every 5k. One set of brake pads. One CV axle and one wheel bearing. The car has never not started nor has it ever left me on the side of the road. I am full impressed and idly look for another one every so often. The only downside is... Finding good shocks and struts now are a pain in the xxx. Everything is firmer than the original ones and only are comfortable for about 10,000 miles. So I have changed the front struts about 6 times now, which is not the car's fault. It literally takes me 10 minutes a side now! I have tried every brand out there. Thinking about air shocks on my next Milan.

Great experience!
It waa so easy to purchase this car. It was a really great deal, they were flexible and quick, and he even took an extra $100 since it was my daughter's first car. Will definitely go back when I need a car for myself!
Still going strong. Best of the best
My 2006 Grand Marquis has 242,000 miles. I have never had a better all around car. It's my third, and I'm about to buy my 4th while I can still get one. On trips I've averaged over 25mpg. The only repairs are the normal wear items. It's comfortable, drives well, has ample room in the interior and has a large trunk. The 4.6 liter engine runs flawlessly and never uses oil. You can't beat these cars!

I only asked about a car they have online.
I only asked about a car they have online. They answered my email promptly and provided all the info I asked for.
The car is AWD...a plus for New England
It is a four door, leather heated seats. Wish the front seat could go back alittle further. Sport looking with sunroof and small spoiler. Has good response, V 6..Had some major work done, coil spring with strut, front was broken. Normal tune-up at 100,000 miles. Radiator flush also. Another big repair, drivers side auto window, stopped working. Control module assembly replaced. But this car is not made, I have the last model year 2010...Noticing rust blisters left rear corner by door. That will need some attention. It's a fun car to drive...Just need more leg room for driver....

200k, 10 years old and still good to go
The only issues I have had with is vehicle are the interior door handles and a front wheel bearing. The bearing starting showing its age around 180k. I haven't changed the plugs, but the car still runs fine. Mechanically speaking, the car is worth the money, has not let me down yet. But I do keep the fluids changed the regular. I only abused it once, it does reach 120mph, but I do not reccomend this, it's not a sports car. Comfort wise, the seat padding goes soft after about 70k. No big deal.

Mine is a 06 LS ultimate with the Handling performance
Mine is a 06 LS ultimate with the Handling performance package. Its a very reliable tank. Drives through the snow just fine. I hit a deer at 70mph and all it needed was a headlight assembly and a header panel. Also getting a go rhino front bumper with wrap around headlight protectors makes hitting black bears a non-issue, believe me I've hit one. Still think the car would benefit if it had 300hp

Awesome experience Very honest and came in on his day off
Awesome experience Very honest and came in on his day off to work the deal.
Nice size and still a 'mini-van'
I bought it used and have owned it for 3 years and driven it for about 35K (now has 75K). It is the 'Sport' model so it has the 2nd row bucket seats. Fairly reliable, but had to replace things as w/s, pwr window mech, ball jts, knock sensor, CV boots before expected. Got better MPG hwy than adv, but worse, esp around town. My wife leased one of the early Villagers we both loved so she leased another one ...both virtually trouble free. After she traded hers in, I purchased one because I liked the expanded room in the later re-design even thou it looks uglier. Some friends of mine own an early model with over 200K and love it. This one has been a disapointment from early models as the drivers door/window has an wind noise that cannot be resolved. The center captain chairs are so heavy, it almost requires a lift to extract them & 4 hands to clip them in. The sliding rear seat is a marvel to use and versatile and easy to move but it usually makes for car sickness on bouncy roads. Most driver controls are handy but I never have adapted to the washer lever being on the left side and the hi-lo beam switch is like shifting gears in a stick shift..crude. The cruise on hilly terrain is more than annoying because when it decides to downshift, it then shifts from O/D and into 2nd in 1 motion which make the engine race...(doesn't downshift like that when driving w/o cruise thou). The rear shelf is convient, but anything of much weight will bend it and make the sliding lock mechanism bind. The cup-holder adjust levers have very flimsy ratchets and break often. The van is lacking in places to put anything of any size & as in many mini-vans the 2nd row cannot roll down the windows...only open to vent which creates wind noise so I love the rear powered windows to allow air flow and no noise. Seats need a longer thigh support for my tastes. My big complaint which I didn't realize until I owned it, was the drivers side 2nd row seat doesn't adj fore-aft to allow access to the rear & the other side moves so little that its easier to get the occupant out & then manuver down the center opening to the rear seat. All in all, minor complaints for a van that does its job quite well and still drives much like a car. Its time for me to trade up thou....maybe a small crossover SUV.

Great used car lot closest to Bellingham !!
Lots of options in all price ranges . Easy to sit in/test drive cars. Tim was great and no pressure sales. Will recommend and go back. Clean bathroom for customers. Air conditioning inside. Easy to get to off Cook road, the (hwy) 9 or the (hwy) 20. Local & around since the 80's.

years ago i had the chance to daily one of these; the v6 5-speed manual. had a relative that drove an x-r7 of the previous generation and thought that was interesting, but when they got their hands on this newer generation i was surprised at the difference in language and styling up close. i thought it looked slick and aged well. on the road the car also makes decent power and handles surprisingly well, being someone whose driven a handful of hatchback sports-ish coupes from the 90s, they were pumping those out back then. all in all it was a pleasure to drive. may have to find one that’s not beat up for myself.

Long live the Mercury Sable
My 2004 Mercury Sable gs was bought by my grandma back in 2004 and was passed down to me once I got my license. I will say that it is a very stereotypical grandma car but other than that it’s amazing. It handles great and gets great gas mileage, except for when driving at highway speed the wind does blow the car around the lane. The leather seats are very comfy and the heater heats up fast in the winter and the stereo good quality. For having 139,000+ miles on it, it keeps chugging on. There is no rust at all and it has really taken a beating in the past 7 years that the car has been in my parents possession. Overall the car is amazing and will drive it till it dies, and I don’t think it’ll die any time soon.

rip off
I had the some problem with Labadie Buick Cadillac in Bay City - made all arrangements and drive 36 miles got there and a couple grabbed it out ..after all the promises from sales the night before that they would be waiting for me. bad bad bad policy
IT'S GOT LEGS!
Due to a catastrophic engine failure on the mid-sized 4DR Sedan/hatchback I was driving, I made a crisi$ purchase of a 2008 Mariner in Jan 2019. The price was low, as it would soon need all new tires, new front brake pads & rotors, as well as both front steering control arms w/ball joints replaced, and, an alignment, of course, AND it had 239,ooo miles on that CD4E transmission. But inside was clean, and I was on a limited budget, and this car left me with some cash in hand for parts, and it would carry the stuff I need for work. So, I spent a weekend rolling around on the garage floor, replacing all the hard parts, got some good rubber on it, and paid for an alignment to get it driving straight: 25 months/25,ooo miles later, that V-6 is still going pretty strong, starts well in subzero (F) cold, and the transmission is still hanging in there, too! Runs pretty quiet: have to watch my speed! Just wish the upper display worked: if I bump the radio channel button, it takes a while to get back to my station!

I'm from Pittsburgh PA.
I'm from Pittsburgh PA. I wanted to buy a Dodge Dakota and did a Google search. There are not many 1999 Dodge Dakota's in my region that are still road worthy or worth the price that people are asking. I saw one come up at Instant Equity Auto on cars. com. Every single person i dealt with was excellent at answering any questions I had. I flew out and was there Black Friday 2024 they helped me with taking back my rental car, and off I went 2100 miles home with a used 1999 Dakota. Was I a little stressed? xxxx yes! But, the truck was cleaner then anything I've seen. And it didn't skip a beat! 80mph or 65mph, she just kept going! I was home by Monday and she is still going strong 💪. After I got back, I had some questions about the title and everything, again everyone was extremely helpful. As with any used car, I will say do your own research, anything can happen at any time. I bought this truck as is. But I can say it was exactly as they described it and I'm very happy with their service! Thank you, everyone at Instant Equity Auto 😁
Second most reliable car I've owned.
Great gas mileage. Very roomy. Super dependable. Built tough. Rides smooth. Looks good. Low maintenance.

Just had my first oil change and tire rotation from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet's Service Department. Service is always first class and my Service Advisor, Sara J., has again made sure my truck is taken care of and the few issues and concerns I asked about were addressed and resolve quickly. I love this RST and wouldn't trust anyone else to help me maintain my Chevrolet. Thanks Sandy Sansing Service Department and thank you Sara!
Very Reliable Car
My Milan is the 6 cylinder Premier with leather seats, sunroof, and Bluetooth Sync. The engine and transmission are both rock solid. Never had any issues there. Currently at 175,000 miles, there’s no surface or undercarriage rust. At 9 years old it still runs great and has good pickup. It gets 25-26 MPG between highway and city driving. They only reason I would be trading it is is because my needs have changed toward a truck for towing.
