The only issues I have had with is vehicle are the interior door handles and a front wheel bearing. The bearing starting showing its age around 180k. I haven't changed the plugs, but the car still runs fine. Mechanically speaking, the car is worth the money, has not let me down yet. But I do keep the fluids changed the regular. I only abused it once, it does reach 120mph, but I do not reccomend this, it's not a sports car. Comfort wise, the seat padding goes soft after about 70k. No big deal.

Large, comfortable, rides smooth, and isn’t terrible on gas for a V8. Only had it for a year but it was a great vehicle. Bought with 84k and sold at 92k without any major issues.

This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

I love the heated seats. The get up and go is quick on my Milan. The sunroof is a treat. The trunk had lots of space. Rides smooth on the highway.

I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. Best car to buy very reliable hardly no problems and I'm sad a man crazy driving hit my 2009 Mercury Milan and I'm sad no longer runs from accident. But I'm going to buy another one just like it very dependable car.

We were a little leary of dealerships and in the past feeling intimidated bad uncaring salespeople who treat you like your a number. We decided to go to Capital Chevrolet in Lexington as my friend had told me, her saleslady who's she's bought from for years had started working there, she has great reviews, credentials and Kim even showed us the commercials where she had been on TV and the internet. We pull up and to our suprise we are greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from the exact person we went to see, Trisha Hulin! I've never felt more welcomed at a dealership as I did that day. Immediately all of my fears melted away, without her speaking a word I knew we were in good hands and she was everything Kim said she was. She greeted us with a smile, opened our doors and even helped me get my elderly mother inside and seated. She Immediately ask if we'd like a beverage or a snack, it was like visiting family, we were treated like royalty and we felt important and appreciated. I had some credit struggles and was nervous about it but Trisha assured me that she would take care of us and indeed she did. She worked with such grace ,integrity and honesty every step of the way, she was dressed and carried herself very professionally, you knew she genuinely cared and was there to help us and guide us in the right direction. That lifted such a heavy weight off of my shoulders. Just knowing she was doing everything she could for us was such a blessing, I can see why she's highly recommended and everyone raves about her. She worked hard and diligently but, she got us approved for the vehicle that we wanted, me and mom were ecstatic. I admire her so much, for her love of helping others and with a smile on her face every step of the way. She has the sweetest spirit, very positive, she's beautiful and she went above and beyond to take care of us. I can never thank her enough for all of her hard work and determination. My 2006 Grand Marquis has 242,000 miles. I have never had a better all around car. It's my third, and I'm about to buy my 4th while I can still get one. On trips I've averaged over 25mpg. The only repairs are the normal wear items. It's comfortable, drives well, has ample room in the interior and has a large trunk. The 4.6 liter engine runs flawlessly and never uses oil. You can't beat these cars!

I have had two still do one with 300.000 miles on her must do general maintenance to get it to high miles . I use blended oil in them

I came to Village Motors to look at a car that was listed online at a very reasonable price. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, and it was at the high end of my price range, but it was in excellent shape, super clean, had been reconditioned thoroughly, and it was a great value for the price, which was around the fair trade-in value. While I did eventually find and buy a car elsewhere that met all my criteria, I would have no hesitation buying a car from them in the future, and I would be confident sending friends and family to them as well. The sales staff is low pressure and very knowledgeable. I also got the sense that they would be an honest, reliable place for repairs.

This is one of the better cars we have owned over the last 40 years. Sort of an ugly duckling but absolutely reliable and durable. One of its best Trates is long distance road trips. We could do 500 miles per day in comfort day after day. For a big heavy car, it can get good gas millage, we got 27+ on the interstate. Day to day it was around 15 to 20 depending on how much we drove in the city.

I've had this car for 2 years now and it hasn't let me down. It's comfortable, factory stereo is awesome!, easy to clean and maintain. Repair costs aren't super awful since they are rarely needed. Not necessarily a car for taller/bigger people. It runs the size of a Plymouth Breeze or...maybe a little bigger than a Dodge Neon. Definitely classier though.

Employees were professional and knowledgeable. We were expected at the business as arranged. Dealings were easy and clear as to product. After purchase a problem was discovered. This business responded and a service tech came to our home. A solution was explained and arrangements made to repair. We are very satisfied with their service.

To begin this review, you should know that I rated the facilities a 4-star because, in this time of COVID, I was unable to enter the main building. The lot is cramped with gorgeous, fairly-priced vehicles, plus a small building in the center. There was no room for me to park my own vehicle when visiting, so I parked in the cul-de-sac. Now, about Stan. From the Ukraine, Stan is a compassionate, thoughtful salesman who spent our time together masked (because of COVID) and LISTENING to me as I fumbled with what I was looking for. He asked pertinent questions, took the time to understand what I was seeking, and was as transparent with me about the quality of the vehicle I had come to test-drive as is possible. I pointed out scratches. He admitted that they were problematic. I asked him about the timing belt: had it been changed? He didn't know, and didn't invent a story. He didn't say "yes" or "no," he said the most honest thing a car salesman can say: "I don't know. But I will find out for you." And, sure enough, he did! We talked about the timing belt replacement (which HAD happened, and this saves me $1,000 right off the bat). We talked about the provenance of the vehicle, a wreck it had been in eight years ago, how clean and immaculate the car was, both inside and out. I thought that the car was overpriced a bit, and I asked Stan what he thought. He agreed that it could be a bit lower, and on my first visit to the lot, he informed me that his boss had lowered the price of the car by $500. Which was music to my ears. I test drove the car. It handled beautifully. Ice-cold A/C, no pulling to the left or right. This car had been in a wreck before, but other than the CARFAX report mentioning it, I would never have known. Stan gave me the keys and said "Take this to your mechanic," so I did. I sat at my own personal mechanic's office and waited for an hour while they went through the car, front to back, paying close attention to the mechanical aspects of the vehicle. They found a leaking power steering rack and pump. That's IT. "Lou," said the owner of the shop. "This is the best vehicle you've brought us, and I am of the strong opinion you should BUY THIS CAR IMMEDIATELY." I wasn't sure, given the cost of replacing the power steering rack and pump. I went back to Stan. He wasn't sure, he said, but he'd check with the boss. I offered $500 less than the vehicle was priced at, even AFTER a $500 drop! Stan stood up for me with his boss, got the boss to agree, and sold me the car. In conclusion, I have a fantastic vehicle, low miles for its age, mechanically sound (except for the rack and pump, which I will get fixed on my own dime), and Stan has a customer for life in me. I've been in sales for forty years, and Stan did everything right. He shared what he could do, told me honestly what he couldn't do and, not once, not EVER, did he give me a hard-sell. He listened to me, he met my needs and then exceeded them. Kudos to Stan and to Denver Auto Company for the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Thank you.

It is a four door, leather heated seats. Wish the front seat could go back alittle further. Sport looking with sunroof and small spoiler. Has good response, V 6..Had some major work done, coil spring with strut, front was broken. Normal tune-up at 100,000 miles. Radiator flush also. Another big repair, drivers side auto window, stopped working. Control module assembly replaced. But this car is not made, I have the last model year 2010...Noticing rust blisters left rear corner by door. That will need some attention. It's a fun car to drive...Just need more leg room for driver....

The 2003 Grand Marquis is my first car I have owned. I can honestly say that it is a phenomenal car. It is quite comfortable and, to quote one of my friends, "god xxxx that car hauls' xxx".

My Milan is the 6 cylinder Premier with leather seats, sunroof, and Bluetooth Sync. The engine and transmission are both rock solid. Never had any issues there. Currently at 175,000 miles, there’s no surface or undercarriage rust. At 9 years old it still runs great and has good pickup. It gets 25-26 MPG between highway and city driving. They only reason I would be trading it is is because my needs have changed toward a truck for towing.

I purchased this car used with very low mileage on it. I am pleased so far as I have only had it not even a month yet. Comfortable driving and great gas mileage. I am so happy for my used car purchase.

My sales guy Sergi got back with me really fast. I told him I needed a couple days. Then followed up with me in a couple days. Lol When I do pull the trigger,I am definally calling him first. Great follow through !!!!!

I have a 2005 Grand Marquis LS, and this care is awesome! I did modify it slightly with a K&N cold air induction and custom made dual stainless steel exhaust. The car is so great for cruising because it is like sitting in your living room on the couch.

For the price I paid for the car I am very pleased. It drives well and is in good condition. It is cleam and the gas mileage is good.
