RECENTLY WAS LOOKING FOR A USED CADILLAC, HAD BEEN TOO NUMEROUS DEALERS. MY BUDGET WAS SMALL CONSIDERING THE PRICE FOR A NEW CADILLAC. THE SALESMAN AND OTHER STAFF AT BRAMAN MADE US FEEL WELCOME AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS WITH GREAT KNOWLEDGE. I HAD TAKEN MY SMALL BUDGET TO OTHER CADILLAC DEALERS AND FELT OUT OF PLACE AND SALESMAN DIDN'T REALLY WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO SHOW ME CARS IN MY PRICE RANGE.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Bought this car off a whim. Love it. But, from the side, you can tell it’s a sedan. But from the front and back. It’s def your high value car. Love it. Inside. And out. It doesn’t matter too much the year, because all the rest has made subtle changes. People have to ask what year it is. They can’t believe it’s a 2013. Mileage is high 70,000. But my mechanic told me as long as you maintain it the right way, it’ll last.

I had a 10 am appointment.. Got there 9:53 .. pull up and a gentlemen greeted me ... very polite... I told him y I was there... took my key , gave me my paper work... ask me to wait in the lobby... shortly after he said everything was done an my car was ready.. Very satisfied...

I was not happy with the original car that I purchased at the Lauderdale Lakes location. I contacted Oscar to inform him, and he told me to trade it in. I took a look at the cars on the website to see if there were any that I liked. There were so many great looking cars that I was interested in. I narrowed it down to three and test drove two. They were both much better cars which made my decision very difficult. I purchased a 2017 BMW 440i and I could not be more happier. I can not believe the cleanliness and drivability of the car. It was the right decision to trade in the car, and get something that I really liked. At Haims Motors, if you're not happy with the car that you purchased, just let them know immediately and give them a chance to help you get something better. The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.
