I love the video diagnostic inspection and the breakdown of maintenance needs. I also appreciate the cleaning/detailing they do for your Mini before they release it back to you. I would have given a 5 if the loaner car section had done a better job. Got a dirty car with crumps and gum wrapper in it. Just gave me the key and I had to figure out the car which was very different of mine. Got stopped by police because no front license plate. Loaner car should be to VA regulation standards.

Bought our Mini here. We bought in 2013. This is the first time we’ve ever continued getting a car serviced at the dealer after the warranty ran out. Why? because their courteous and the repairs happened without any “surprises “!
