I live out of state and have been searching for a used 2020 M8 for months. I contacted the dealership and was put intouch with Ryan Schmall, who I found to be honest and acurate on describing the car. After a few days and lots of videos I bought the car without seeing it in person. I am 100% satisfied and would recomend Ryan and Sharpe if your looking to buy a BMW.

He has hone above and beyond not only to advise me and help me with service of my BMW, but to make sure the treatment I received was impeccable. Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. I bought the car from out of state and Jonathan De La Cruz did a walk around for me, had the car in perfect shape for me, arranged to have a car pick me up at the airport, and then Niello literally went the extra mile (143 to be exact) to get me where I needed to go with my certified pre-owned MINI. Very happy with my treatment and all employees I encountered. Though I hope to never have to go 1000 miles again to get the perfect car—I’d be happy to work with Niello again.

We love Dreyer & Reinbold! We can say they have always made buying a new car fun! who says that???!! Our new 2025 Countryman Electric is our 5th Mini from them. Presley Stewart kept me updated throughout the ordering process, at pick up taught us all kinds of crazy new features. There is so much to learn that we have a follow-up date. I can say I have a new friend. and BTW our new Mini's name is Fritz... names after the Cincy hippo :)

From the moment I walked in Kelly Buchner welcomed me in and was doing my paperwork. She explained that she would be texting or calling to update me on what was going on with my car. She had such a positive attitude and was ready to do whatever she could to help me. My car was finished the next day. When I came back to pick up my car she told me if I had any problems or questions please call her back.Thank again for making a bad situation better.

Sean was excellent. And the service video was very informative. The service was perfect. Sean let me use a loaner car while my new tires were indtalled. I’ll be back!

Quick, easy service. Loaner vehicle as promised. Sean was helpful and courteous. The video sent showed there was no problem when I thought there was one. Main issue was fixed and my car was done the next day.
