This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. I would have given a 5 if the loaner car section had done a better job. Got a dirty car with crumps and gum wrapper in it. Just gave me the key and I had to figure out the car which was very different of mine. Got stopped by police because no front license plate. Loaner car should be to VA regulation standards.

Bought our Mini here. We bought in 2013. This is the first time we’ve ever continued getting a car serviced at the dealer after the warranty ran out. Why? because their courteous and the repairs happened without any “surprises “!
