Bought my Mini out of state and brought it to Mall of Georgia Mini for service. Scheduled on line and Josh got me hooked up when I arrived. They set a new standard by which all future services will be compared!

I initially was there for an oil change. I found a vehicle i liked and as before was able to negotiate a fair price on a new vehicle! My salesperson, Nate was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Everyone made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Every single person we dealt with at MINI of the Woodlands was professional, cheerful, and courteous; from the service manager, to our acquisition manager, and even down to the folks who stood in front and opened the door for us every time we walked in and out. The showroom and restrooms were clean and in very good condition and the waiting area was comfortable. That said, the process is cumbersome because it's all run through a central clearing house in Florida. It took 3 & 1/2 hours to sell the car, even though we'd sent in all of the requested paperwork the day before (to supposedly save time) and the car had been on site for 3 days.

Negotiating a vehicle is the most dreaded part of car buying. I contacted Aldo Ordaz on Monday with the vehicle details and discount request. Aldo accepted the deal and trade value I requested and had my X5 ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon. I drove up from Houston, completed the paperwork and was in and out in a reasonable time. A trained representative sat in the vehicle and patiently explained all the options and their use to me and my husband. WOW! The technology is amazing! Finance was a breeze and Aldo helped take our family picture with our new X5 before we left. Everyone in this process was happy to help and shared in our new car excitement! He ensured my wife and I were updated on the service from the technician in a timely manner.
