They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

I recently brought in my 2021 Mini Cooper for some warranty service. And although there was some damage done to my vehicle while it was in the shop, Scott my service advisor did a great job at helping to make things right again and in correcting the issue. He was accommodating, patient, understanding, and super helpful! I appreciate everything that Scott did to help me out and big kudos to him!

I've been a MINI lover since I purchased my MINI Cooper in 2013, and I always receive excellent customer service. Most recently, I had my car in for an inspection since I shipped my car from CA to PA. My service advisor, Barry Strauss, was awesome and took good care of me with clear communication and ordering me a Lyft home. I highly recommend MINI of the Main Line.

This is a tough market and I shopped many places. I had an all around great experience at Otto's BMW! Adam (Sales Manager) and Tyler Bent (Sales Guide) at Land Rover Jaguar Main Line were phenomenal! I typically dread going to dealerships and shopping for cars, but this was by far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. No shenanigans, straightforward (on-line pricing matched up with reality at the dealership), reasonable prices, quality vehicles, friendly/courteous environment and willing to work with you to make you a customer. I usually hate Finance Managers too, but Alyssa was awesome as well...didn?t try to sell me a whole bunch of nonsense. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Range Rover Sport and they took care of every nick and cranny I noticed and gave me the car in pristine condition when I picked it up...like factory assembly line brand new; I Love It. Adam went as far as to replace a lower front undercarriage panel unsolicited, and resurfaced some of the wheels so I wouldn't see a scratch. Great staff at Land Rover Jaguar Main Line; A must go for your next Land Rover vehicle purchase! I highly recommend...10 out of 10. Thanks guys!
