Best dealer experience ever. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, Kate treated me like I was an important customer and made a point to check in to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. I had a small issue with my sunroof and Kate and Alex worked hard to make it right and make sure I had a good experience.

Quick, easy service. Loaner vehicle as promised. Sean was helpful and courteous. The video sent showed there was no problem when I thought there was one. Main issue was fixed and my car was done the next day.

BMW onyx of Omaha service department is phenomenal. Chris Elizondo has been my service advisor for 2 years now. He has hone above and beyond not only to advise me and help me with service of my BMW, but to make sure the treatment I received was impeccable. I have been a loyal customer of BMW for a very long time now and it is because of the service you receive there. Chris perfectly embodies this. He is very knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart. He has been so good with me over the years, that I even ask his advice regarding other cars(classic cars). Every single person we dealt with at MINI of the Woodlands was professional, cheerful, and courteous; from the service manager, to our acquisition manager, and even down to the folks who stood in front and opened the door for us every time we walked in and out. The showroom and restrooms were clean and in very good condition and the waiting area was comfortable. That said, the process is cumbersome because it's all run through a central clearing house in Florida. It took 3 & 1/2 hours to sell the car, even though we'd sent in all of the requested paperwork the day before (to supposedly save time) and the car had been on site for 3 days.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. I bought the car from out of state and Jonathan De La Cruz did a walk around for me, had the car in perfect shape for me, arranged to have a car pick me up at the airport, and then Niello literally went the extra mile (143 to be exact) to get me where I needed to go with my certified pre-owned MINI. Very happy with my treatment and all employees I encountered. Though I hope to never have to go 1000 miles again to get the perfect car—I’d be happy to work with Niello again.

And although there was some damage done to my vehicle while it was in the shop, Scott my service advisor did a great job at helping to make things right again and in correcting the issue. I’ve received outstanding service at Mini of Sterling. Jeff Shade is an excellent service advisor. He is friendly, courteous, and technically very well qualify. I feel very confident in the advice he gives me for my Mini and the services and repairs he recommends. I particularly like the dealership’s customer communication systems, including the text updates during the service and the videos provided of the vehicle inspection and the repairs needed. I highly recommend this dealership and Jeff Shade as a technical advisor.

The dealer determined the car needed expensive work so they took the vehicle to auction. There was no other car I was interested in. The dealership stayed in consistent contact with me to keep me up to date.

I live 2.5 hours away and agreed to a deal over the phone. Yesterday I drove over and purchased the vehicle and I am very pleased with the whole experience.
